This area is the perfect mix of beach life and tranquility, with a quieter, family-oriented atmosphere. Nearby, you'll find The Causeway Grill, the Pier Grill, pizza spots, Yum Yums, and more. We are only 0.2 miles from the Garden City Pier, with plenty of fun activities within walking distance. If you've stayed at Cypress Cottage before, come check out the recent improvements!brbrFor outdoor enthusiasts, there's a nearby pier fishing, charter fishing, mini-golf, Huntington Beach Park, Atalaya Castle, major golf courses, an arcade, sports bars, and the beautiful Brookgreen Gardens. Nearly every window offers inlet views. After a day on the beach, enjoy the enclosed outdoor shower with both hot and cold water to wash off the sand. The fully stocked kitchen includes all appliances and cookware, and both a Keurig and a traditional Mr. Coffee-style coffee pot for your morning coffee. Sliding glass doors lead to a pergola-covered terrace with additional seating. The deck runs across the length of the house and features lounge chairs and a charcoal grill. You'll also find board games, playing cards, and books in the bookcase—feel free to swap a book if you'd like to discover a new author. The backyard offers a sunbathing patio and a shaded area under a 100-year-old cypress tree. Please note that Cypress Cottage has Wi-Fi, Roku streaming devices (with free Roku selections and Disney streaming), and DVD players in two upstairs bedrooms.brbrRoom Layout:brbrFirst Floor: There are two bedrooms, both connected to a shared full bathroom.
