Our feet were BLACK from walking around batefoot! Wash the floors.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was fine. When we first got there it smelled funky. We had to buy air freshener and air it out but after that it was better. The internet never worked so not sure what was going on there. Also there were several times we couldn’t enjoy the balcony because someone nearby was smoking pot and I didn’t want to smell that or smell like it. But despite those things it was ok.

It was stocked with everything you would need, and even included items for the beach, which was a nice surprise! The bed was so comfortable, as were the couches. The view from the balcony was exquisite! I would definitely stay here again!

Our condo was very nice with lovely furniture, lots of storage areas, and a well equipped kitchen. Having a washer and dryer was a bonus!We would have loved a king sized bed but we managed. The decor was very nice with a beach theme. The balconies are not as private as we would have liked but that is the builder's fault and not the owner's. We spent the month of February and it went way too fast!

Although this time we were somewhat disappointed. I won't go into too much detail, but the unit could use a deep cleaning. Mold and dust were obvious. The master bath sink hot and cold water are reversed and needs correction. Well decorated, but couches need to be replaced. I had to sit on pillows in order to be comfortable. You asked!

The condo was very updated and the layout of the condo was great. The decor was so pretty also. Our bedroom had a very nice bed and even had a tv in our bedroom. The condo has 2 bathrooms and the showers were very nice. We enjoyed ourselves so much. The one thing is the condo elevators take a bit but was doable. After you got into your condo everything was quiet from the outside noise. We had a very spacious balcony and could see the ocean and the beach. So beautiful and can’t wait to stay again. The condo was very clean and the outside property as well.

We had no parking spot for two whole days. Thank goodness we have some friends that own a house three blocks away. Once we finally got a parking spot we were scared to leave, knowing we would lose it. We saw many vehicles parked without a parking pass. If you don't have a parking pass or don't have it where it is visible, then tow the vehicle or the resort needs a overflow parking area, just a suggestion.
