Stayed Aug 11, 2022This property and location made our stay on Fripp Island so enjoyable. The house was clean, well decorated, had everything you need in the kitchen and so many extras there was hardly time to take advantage of everything. The home has plenty of space to spread out, is perfect for traveling with dogs, comes with a golf cart, bikes, beach gear, games, propane fire pit and a very nice gas grill. We enjoyed watching the deer everyday in the yard and hundreds of herons nesting across the golf course. It was a very relaxing stay and we loved our first visit to Fripp Island! Thanks to the owners for sending along plenty of information about activities to do on the island and their fast communication.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This was our families first trip to South Carolina and Fripp Island was perfect. This house came with everything we could have ever needed and had wonderful access to the beach. Cozy and comfortable, the house comfortably accommodated all four generations of guests, ranging in age from 1 to 70. a There is plenty of various seating and sleeping spaces and they even had a high chair and toys for the baby. We had a wonderful, wonderful trip and we can't wait to come back. The only complaint...the time flew by and we didn't get everything done. Oh well! Until next time!!!!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We had a wonderful time staying at Sand Dollar Court. The house was beautiful and had a sunroom in the back off the main living area. This made for the ideal spot to sit in the morning, in the cool a/c and enjoy my cup of coffee while watching the deer and birds that frequented the property. It truly was a slice of paradise. The house offered very easy access to the beach and was equally close to one of the pools on the island. The house had comfortable, clean beds, all the kitchen amenities one needs and offered more than enough room for my family to spread out. I definitely would stay here again and again. Really lovely home, very clean and well kept.

Stayed Jun 12, 2021We’ve stayed on Fripp for many years now and this property was one on our favorites by a long shot. The location is super convenient to everything on the island, including two of our favorite beach accesses (1b and 13), the Spring Market, Ocean Point Golf course and restaurant, and the Beach Club (ice cream and grill). The layout was great for our party of 9 (4 adults, two 13 year old girls - who had their own room, two 10 year olds, and a 5 year old). Our family (2 adults, 10 & 5 year old) used the master bedroom with the king bed and a rollaway with ease. It’s HUGE and even has a cool little desk area. Our friends (2 adults and a 10 year old) stayed in the other en’ suite bedroom with two full size beds while their oldest daughter and her friend (both 13) shared the front bedroom with two beds. The layout and beds really worked well for our group - especially with the option for the rollaway beds. The rear porch was where we spent most of our time and it’s the ideal place to drink your morning coffee, sit and read a book, or play one of the many board games. The home was well-kept and offered everything we needed + more that we didn’t have the opportunity to utilize (like complimentary pass to Hunting Island State Park.) We grilled steaks one night and the grill provided is a nice grill. It’s newer, clean, and had plenty of propane. The garage and courtyard area made storing all of our stuff (bikes, beach gear, carts, etc) super easy and cleaning up after the beach was a breeze with the hose and outdoor shower area of the garage and laundry entry. The setting on the golf course is very peaceful and you sit back off and above the road which is unique for most of Fripp. There’s also a great rear deck and a hammock in the yard which the kids enjoyed! There was ample parking in the driveway for our oversized SUV, full-sized pickup truck, trailer, two golf carts, a Scoot Coupe and the kids still had room to ride bikes. Overall, this is an awesome rental that we would absolutely stay in again and we highly recommend it!

Stayed May 8, 2021Excellent time at Sand Dollar Court. Nothing negative to say about the house and our experience there. Better than advertised. We were welcomed with a sweet gift package for our family. Management staff were so helpful. Fully stocked. Big and spread out. Awesome sun room where we spent a lot of our time. 4 different tables to have meals. Kitchen was great. Linens and towels high quality. Nothing hard or annoying about the process. Would 100% stay there again.

Stayed Mar 29, 2021Great place for the 6 of us! We grilled at the house most nights-fun to ride bikes & play golf & tennis! Kids loved riding the golf cart we rented to get ice cream.
