All other properties share 2 common beach accesses except for this property and one other. brbrAs you enter this magnificent home, (via the elevator or the lovely covered front entryway or the wet weather entrance with stairs) you will arrive on the first floor and immediately be taken in by the panoramic ocean views. The large open kitchen features custom cabinetry with quartz counter tops and back splash with center island and a breakfast bar - open to the great room, gazebo breakfast area and dining room. In the dining room there is a 10' custom made dining table. In the great room, with ocean views, there is a 64 tv over the mantle of the fireplace. This floor offers access to a wrap around porch where you will find a gas grill and dining tables to seat twelve as well as seating around a cozy fire pit. Head down from this level to access the covered patio and 21 foot swim spa. There are two sets of stairs to take you down from this level to the cabana area which includes the swim spa, outdoor games which include an electronic basketball game, corn hole, and ping pong table OR continue on to your beach access.brbrThe main kitchen is located on the first level and is complete with ocean views, quartz counters, custom island and stainless appliances including two dishwashers. brbrOn this first level you have a large master suite complete with seating, large smart tv, private entrance to the ocean and swim spa and a large master bath. The inside of the home offers an open living and dining area for time together and the split bedroom floor plan gives you privacy when you need it! The outdoor area features 2 small decks on the front of the house, and a large deck on the back overlooking our beautiful fenced in backyard. 2 additional enclosed outdoor showers are under the back deck.brbrAll 4 of the bedrooms include a tv w/ a roku so u can log into your favorite apps, a ceiling fan, large closets with lots of baskets and hangers for your clothes, a charging station and a sound machine beside the bed. The 2 front bedrooms also have darkening shades in case u wanna sleep a little later than sunrise!
