Beautiful 4 bedroom/2 bath family & pet friendly home 600 feet from the beach

Welcome to 25 PALMS, our family friendly, pet friendly, 4 br /2ba home on a quiet street only 600 feet, a 2 minute walk, to beach access. The inside of the home offers an open living and dining area for time together and the split bedroom floor plan gives you privacy when you need it! The outdoor area features 2 small decks on the front of the house, and a large deck on the back overlooking our beautiful fenced in backyard. 2 additional enclosed outdoor showers are under the back deck.>
All 4 of the bedrooms include a tv w/ a roku so u can log into your favorite apps, a ceiling fan, large closets with lots of baskets and hangers for your clothes, a charging station and a sound machine beside the bed. The 2 front bedrooms also have darkening shades in case u wanna sleep a little later than sunrise! And 1 of the front bedrooms also has a desk in case u need a place to get a little work done while on vacation-we certainly hope you won’t need it, though!!!

When you aren’t in the mood for eating out, the kitchen is fully stocked with everything we could think of to make meals easy and convenient! There is a kuerig coffee maker, toaster, blender, crockpot, pots and pans, cookware and plenty of dishes, utensils and silverware. And a new dishwasher-cause who wants to wash dishes on vacation!!!

The sunroom is completely enclosed and has its own mini split system to keep u nice and cool. The large sliding doors with curtains from the living area to the sunroom allow you open it up for more space with family and friends, or close it off for a separate space for reading, visiting, playing games or just relaxing.

Both bathrooms have a tub/ shower combination. Soap, shampoo and conditioner are provided in both bathrooms as well as in the enclosed outdoor showers.

A new gas grill can be found on the back deck. The fenced back yard provides a tree swing and a hammock for relaxing as well as a new firepit w/ surround chairs.

Not pictured yet, but under the house is a picnic table, a ping pong table and swing for you to enjoy. We will also have a storage box with some beach toys and a beach umbrella as well as a small cooler and a beach wagon.

And beach access is just around the corner and 2 houses away! An easy 2 minute walk and your feet will be in the sand.

We also provide free WIFI, a closet full of games and puzzles, and a pack n play, high chair, umbrella stroller and child dishware for our youngest and most precious guests!
