Edisto Beach House with Lift

This was THE perfect house for our long weekend at the beach. The property manager communicated with us via email, text and phone often. Upon arrival we foubd the property exactly as listed and well cleaned. The location - about a block from the beach - was perfect for us. The house itself is well laid out, with 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. With 1 boy and 2 teenage daughters, this worked well. The girls had their own wing of the house. The house was also VERY well appointed. It had just about every large and small appliance, accessory and implement that someone could want. The counter top ice maker was a HUGE plus. We would DEFINITELY stay here again and would recommend it to anybody looking for a place at Edisto Beach for a family or small group.

Had a great time at Edisto and the house worked well for our family! Had almost everything we needed and was a quick walk to the beach!

Close to the beach. Plenty of room. Enough parking to accommodate all of us and my son’s golf car trailer. We liked the outdoor shower.

The house had plenty of room and very close to the beach. Accommodated multiple ages. We did think the porches required some deep cleaning as we love to spend time outside. The small lift for luggage is a bonus!! We would stay again!

Perfect location within walking distance to the beach. Home was very clean and well maintained. Even the rain and cool weather didn't keep us from having a great time together. Four bedr ooms and 2 baths. Had to make a run to the store for toilet paper and trash bags. But overall, a great property that served us well.

Stayed for weekend girls getaway with 4 other ladies. Easy short walk to beach, quiet, safe neighborhood. Very clean home, cute & cozy decor. All linens, towels, cleaning supplies provided, didn’t have to worry about bringing our own (we did bring extra paper towels and toilet paper). The bedrooms were all spacious & fairly sound proof from common areas. The downstairs studio was adorable! Thank you for our stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The only complaints I have is the outside deck areas were very dirty, had not been swept and I had to do it myself so we could even sit outside. Also, the site initially included the studio and then after booking, we were notified it does not include the studio. Everything rise was wonderful, we had a few questions/issues when we first checked in but the property manager was very responsive. Very close proximity to the beach and you could walk or bike to many restaurants and shops. Overall, a great stay snd I recemmend this property.

We were the first renters for the top level. Very clean and was true to description in VRBO. The property manager was great to communicate with. We had a small family wedding and it was the perfect spot. The bride (my daughter) stayed in the one bedroom unit below the house and it was a perfect set up! Only a short block to the beach! Would definitely rent again!
