Our lovely 4 bedroom/2 bath home is perfectly located in the heart of the desirable James Island neighborhood. Drive 10 minutes to Downtown Charleston and 8 minutes to Folly Beach. brbrThe 1510 square foot single-level home has four bedrooms and two full bathrooms. brbrThe master bedroom has a king size bed and an attached private bathroom. Another bedroom has a king, and the two others have queens. There are multiple mirrors throughout, including two full length mirrors.brbrWe provide clean linens and towels, and the home is professionally cleaned between stays. brbrThe kitchen is fully stocked and includes everything you may need, including dishes, serving bowls, pots, pans, etc. The kitchen has lovely bar seating that opens up to the dining room, where we have a farmhouse style wood table.brbrYou can use the free washer and dryer, as well as the excellent WiFi. In the living room there is a large TV into which you can plug in your own devices (e.g. Roku, Firestick, etc).brbrThe backyard is very private and has a fire pit you are welcome to use. There is a delightful front porch with large chairs that are perfect for sitting back and relaxing.brbrThe neighborhood is wonderful - it is quiet, peaceful and has very little traffic going by. brbrYou are welcome to bring up to 2 cars and park in the driveway. Other guests may be occupying other rooms in the building but will not have access to your bedroom and bathroom. The main living area, kitchen, outdoor courtyard, and patios are shared areas which all guests are welcome to access.brbrCommon areas are cleaned daily between 10AM and 4PM. Refrigerator policy will be posted in the kitchen. brbrOur spacious 3-floor home, ‘The Bee and Blossom’, is divided into 7 individual units, each with bed and private bath. Located just off of Ashley Ave, location wont be an issue here!brbrThe home is accessed by its own entrance/exit and each unit has separate lock with a unique code. The Bee and Blossom features a common space open floor plan that accommodates both dining and lounge space, making it great for to relax when looking to spend time together. At the back of the home is a shared large living room and shared kitchen. The large living room features ample seating, a large flat screen TV, and a dining table that can be converted to provide 6-8 dining seats. The kitchen is located off the living room and features a breakfast bar with seating for four, and is fully equipped with basic kitchen cookware for your stay. Our team provides basic login credentials to WiFi, so feel free to use your own during your stay.
