Screen porch has two couches, tables to eat and rocking chairs. Dock or boat ramp is great to swim and fish off of. Want to sleep in Blinds plus black out curtains will help you catch up on sleep. Publix is ten minutes away and that will be the only time you want to leave. Grill is new just like all the appliances. Two hours from Charleston, 1 hour from Greenville, two hours from Charlotte and three hours from Atlanta. 35 minutes to Williams Brice traffic (not taking in to consideration game day traffic.) If you can't make the game watch it on the 82 inch TV in the den with views of the lake out the 9 foot sliding glass door. The permit allows for 6 adults but kids 5 and under do not count towards guest count.

It is well equipped with everything you need to cook most any kind of meal, including a microwave, Instant Pot, air fryer, blender, toaster oven, both Keurig and drip coffee pot. Decent knives, wooden utensils and Hexclad non-stick pans. Plenty of dishes, utensils, baking pans, and cooking tools. Spices and basics like sugar, flour, salt, cooking oils and vinegars. brbrOur brand new screened porch is the perfect place to relax with a cup of coffee, a glass of wine, or enjoy your daily meals, bug free. Watch the deer wander through the yard, herons, ducks and geese fly by, as well as the occasional bunny. This is my second home, and I want to be comfortable when I'm there, so you will too. brbrThis is our happy place. The five nearby houses are occupied by full-time residents who are mostly retired. Each of them has a friendly dog that might run through our yard on their daily walks. This is a perfect place for a relaxing family vacation, a fishing trip, or a quiet getaway. If you're looking for a place for a party, reunion or large get-together, this isn't the place for you. We expect our guests to respect our home and our neighbors. If at any time we feel like this is not happening, we'll have to ask you to leave.

The Safely Protection Policy covers the cost of repairing damage to the property up to $3,000 for content and $3,000 for dwelling. The updated, 1400 square foot, 3-bedroom, 2-bath home, has an inviting coastal cottage feel. brbrThe spacious lake-facing deck is a perfect spot to put your feet up, sip your coffee, watch the sunrise, and see the abundant wildlife of the area. The deck includes two chaise lounge chairs with thick, comfy cushions, two zero-gravity lounge chairs, and a hammock nearby, for you to relax and take in the lake view.brbrAt SBH, you're in store for some fun on the water, as we include four kayaks (3 singles & 1 double), two stand-up paddle boards, an 18' x 6' floating oasis pad. These water toys and numerous other smaller floats will certainly help you to enjoy lake life to the fullest!brbrThe home's new, (Fall 2023) private dock, includes a large seating/lounging area that begins at the water's edge (when lake is full). It houses 4 chairs & a coffee table as well as two lounge chairs. A rolling umbrella provides you with some extra shade wherever you'd like it! The dock also features a wide set of stairs that provide easy entry into the lake, and a dock box for storing all your favorite lake toys at arm's reach.brbrIf you bring a boat along, you won’t need to search for the nearest launch, as SBH offers a private boat launch right into the calm waters of the large cove it is situated on. The 12' x 20' floating dock has space for 2 boats to be moored on its longer sides. Security for your vehicle(s) and boat(s) is provided with two cameras that cover the driveway/parking areas at SBH.brbrThe home has central heating and air conditioning as well as ceiling fans throughout. All beds have high quality mattresses with memory foam toppers and soft, high thread count, 100% cotton sheets. Linens are washed in free & clear detergents without added fragrance. SBH is eco-friendly, using compostable trash bags, LED lighting, refillable soaps, and encouraging recycling.brbrThere are 2 full bathrooms in the home and both bathing and lake towels are provided for guest use. Showers include Hyatt Hotels Argan Oil Collection shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. A washer/dryer unit is available for any laundry needs that should arise and free and clear laundry detergent is provided.brbrThe well-equipped kitchen has all the amenities of home including a reverse osmosis drinking water system, granite countertops, new stainless steel appliances (2022), and a large selection of bakeware and ceramic coated pots & pans. For holiday meal prep, there is a large roasting pan, electric hand mixer, mixing bowls, and more. Dishes, silverware, and glassware will service 10+. Cocktail hour is also covered, as the home includes wine, beer, rocks, champagne, and martini glasses. brbrThe kitchen is open to the family room and lake view, so you can enjoy the gorgeous vistas while preparing meals; or step outside onto the deck and sear your food to perfection on the 6-burner grill. The deck also hosts two tables, each with an umbrella and seating for 4, so you can enjoy dining al fresco. brbrIf having someone else cook is more your idea of vacation, this home is a quick 5 minute boat ride to the Rusty Anchor/Catfish Johnny’s Restaurant as well as Liberty on the Lake Restaurant and Bar (and marina). Additionally, the Chapin Publix Grocery Store and Lowes Foods (6.0 miles away) will deliver pre-made deli foods and groceries to the house via Instacart.brbrFor entertainment beyond the lake, the family room has a 70” SMART TV (Roku) with Spectrum basic cable and lots of comfy seating that allows you to enjoy the tv or lake views. Each of the 3 bedrooms has a wall-mounted 32 SMART TV (Roku) as well. For additional fun, game-night awaits with a cabinet stocked full of board games, card games, and puzzles. brbrWhen it’s finally time for some evening relaxation, star gazing over the lake here is incredible! Bring your boat and enjoy a wonderful day of fishing or cruising around the beautiful lake.brbrAs pet owners ourselves, we love providing you a place to bring dogs that are part of the family. Please include pets when adding your number of guests and pay the $100 pet fee when booking.
