It is also only a short drive to Paris Island Marine Corps Station.brbrThe cottage features a queen size bed and one full size bathroom as well as a fully equipped kitchen. brbrThe cottage also has a front porch with a wicker bench plus a little table and a back patio with patio furniture for relaxing in the evening. brbrWe provide all linens and towels to our guests. brbrInternet / WIFI access is also available. brbrWe also provide our guests with a passport to the Hunting Island State Park and Beach. brbrSince there is no land line phone in the cottage, a cell phone is a must for emergencies or to contact us during your stay for any problems or questions. brbrParking is available in front of the cottage. brbrWe take pride in our cottage, so we have arranged a cleaning service to clean after your stay. With 4 bedrooms (1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 4 twin beds), 2-1/2 baths, (1 with walk in shower) it sleeps 8 or more comfortably. Located in quiet Pigeon Point, it offers a large living room, intimate dining room, and cozy den. Spacious kitchen with reclaimed wood floors features an electric range, dishwasher, microwave, and two refrigerators. Washer and dryer in laundry room just off kitchen. A large screened porch offers water views or stroll down the 200 foot dock to a roofed gazebo on the creek, and a large floating dock encourages swimming during warm weather months. Any time of year you may catch a glimpse of herons, egrets, or marsh hens. Or for that matter another type of bird: F/A18s or F35Bs from nearby Marine Corps Air Station Beaufort. Expect some occasional jet noise, but enjoy the show! Gorgeous sunsets!
