This is a new listing (February 2015) of our renovated cottage downtown Beaufort. Since this listing is new, we dont have any reviews yet to provide to you from our guests. But we also own listing number 470407 which was totally renovated in 2013. Please check out the reviews of the salmon cottage to get an idea how much we care about our guests and cottages. Please also check out the salmon cottage in case this one is already booked.

This cottage was completely renovated in 2014 / 2015 and is in heart of the National Historic District of Beaufort and only a 10 minute walk to downtown shops and restaurants and only a 2 minute walk to Bay Street and the Beaufort River. It is also only a short drive to Paris Island Marine Corps Station.

The cottage features a queen size bed and one full size bathroom as well as a fully equipped kitchen.

The cottage also has a front porch with a wicker bench plus a little table and a back patio with patio furniture for relaxing in the evening.

We provide all linens and towels to our guests.

We also provide our guests with a passport to the Hunting Island State Park and Beach.

Since there is no land line phone in the cottage, a cell phone is a must for emergencies or to contact us during your stay for any problems or questions.

Parking is available in front of the cottage.

We take pride in our cottage, so we have arranged a cleaning service to clean after your stay. They will also wash and dry linens and towels and replace them for the next guests. The $60 fee is an addition to the rental fee.

We look forward to having you as our guest.

I am a local REALTOR and would love to assist you in your search for a property in and around Beaufort and the beaches of Harbor Island and Fripp Island!! I only live a few minutes away from the cottage and can be available during your stay!

Property was clean, comfortable, and offered easy access to the waterfront. Will definitely stay again. Loved the journal to log in our stay.

Perfect place for one or two people! Very clean and very cute. Walkable to historic district and downtown waterfront. My fourth visit to Beaufort to kayak and fish. Previously, I’d stayed in chain hotels—-this little house beats them, hands down! Will rent this house again.

This place is exactly as advertised. It is super close to downtown and all the shops and cool places to visit. The house is clean and well stocked with what you need. The host, Nadine, is very prompt and communicative. She will take care of your needs very quickly.

Lovely, quiet cottage in walking distance to the water and downtown Beaufort. Comfortable bed and just the right size for 2 of us. Our only issue was that the shower was either scalding or freezing, it was impossible to regulate.

As good a location for accessing historic Beaufort as you can find, especially for the price. While some of the property around it is a little run down, overall it is safe and quiet. The house is tight for more than 2.

Beaufort, South Carolina is like a little Florida town. Right on the water, amazing people and amazing sites. If you are going to visit Paris Island, stay in Beaufort. Although when we stayed, the town was shut down because of ice and snow. The purple house that we stayed at, was amazing. Center of town, cozy little home. We will be staying here again.

First time to the Beaufort area and wanted to be near the water and the downtown district. This location fit both perfectly. No surprises, the descriptions and photos depicted the property accurately. Communication with the owner was returned in a timely manner and she answered questions we had. Check in and check out were easy enough with door codes. Bonus: the owners provided a hangtag/parking pass for the South Carolina state parks in the area. We did use it going out to hunting island and it’s a nice touch. I haven’t seen in other rentals. there was a coffee shop right outside the front door across the block as well as the waterfront. Driving to the downtown area was just a few minutes and easy.

Immaculate. Short walk to downtown but the architecture along the way may make you wish it were longer (take Craven Street, the houses are particularly beautiful). Steps from Herban Market, an excellent coffee shop and cafe.

The house itself was nice. It was pretty easy to find. But the Host herself is absolutely disrespectful and rude. I had to cut my stay short and I texted the number the refrigerator saying that I was leaving (apparently it is the housemaid and not her ) keep that in mind. The host refused to refund me any money . Stating that I had texted the housemaid and not her. DO NOT STAY WITH HER! She is overly rude and inconsiderate.

This is a lovely cottage located within walking distance of the water and the town. The current photos need updating as it is newly redone with a peaceful beach theme. The cottage was well maintained with a full eat-in kitchen, a comfortable bed, and a cozy living room. Nadine was very responsive in communication. We will be back to stay here on future visits!
