- Depending on the channel you book through, there may be a $500 pre-authorization hold on the card acting as a security deposit.
- Cancellations are subject to credit card fees.
- If there’s an issue or something breaks, just let us know as soon as it happens. We are much more lenient if you do so.
- Keep noise to a minimum after 9 pm. There is a noise ordinance between 9:00 pm and 8:00 am.
- Any type of event must be approved beforehand (typically not an issue, we just like to know). Also, large gatherings, such as weddings and reunions, are prohibited unless specifically approved by the City.
- No pets allowed without permission. If there is a pet on premise without permission, you will be charged $300 minimum.
- No smoking inside or you will be charged $300. It’s free to smoke outside.

    The house was very unique and is somewhere we definitely stay again, especially in the spring/summer when we could enjoy the pool more.The host was beyond helpful and I would rate him 5 stars because he accommodated some changes I had after booking.The only reason I gave it 4 stars was just that the outlets in one of the bathrooms next to the sink didn’t work which made it difficult for people trying to get ready for a wedding. In all honesty, I’m sure the host would have tried to get it fixed while we were there but we had too much going on to coordinate that.I highly recommend this place for adults to bring another couple
