The basement has a ping pong table, as well as buckets of lawn toys because you will most definitely need them to play on the football field sized lawn in the backyard! This house has a great grilling area and the accordion window allows you to pass items and food easily from kitchen to grill. There is a covered patio if you prefer to be out of the sun, and there are also two decks for you to relax on with a cup of coffee or a cocktail. The fire pit is wood burning and perfect for roasting marshmallows!brFirst Beach is just one mile away from this property, which makes beach days fun and easy. We do have beach chairs for your use!brSorry, we do NOT permit large gatherings such as rehearsal dinners, lobster bakes, or after wedding brunches.
