We were a group of 9 seniors on a golf trip. It was perfect for us, as we all had our own bedroom. Gathering areas were comfortable as were our rooms. Very quiet and safe. We were able to walk to a near by restaurant. It could use a little updating in the kitchen, but otherwise we would highly recommend it.

This property is amazing!! We had a large group of friends stay here in August and it could not have been more perfect. We rented each unit (the cottage, main house downstairs & upstairs) - the space worked out so well for all of us and the location is amazing! We were able to walk places for a bite, and quickly drive/uber in and out of downtown Newport. Kelly the property manager was so responsive and helpful - allowing us to check in early! Cannot recommend enough!

Great stay! The house was exactly as described—clean, spacious, and perfect for a group trip. Plenty of room for everyone to relax, and the location made it easy to get around Newport and Middletown. Had an awesome time and would definitely stay again!

This home was perfect for a trip with friends to Newport. Walking distance from everything in Middletown, a short 5 min drive to Newport, and plenty of rooms and space for a group. The hosts were very communicative and accommodating as well, strongly recommend considering this home for a trip with friends to Newport.

I recently stayed at this property located just 10 minutes away from Newport, Rhode Island. The location was convenient, with affordable Uber rides available, making it easy to explore the area. The property comfortably slept 16 of us and was just blocks away from the beach, offering a perfect retreat by the ocean. The property itself was beautiful and clean, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts were very responsive to any questions or concerns we had, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The only downside we encountered was the strict trash policy. While the hosts were clear about their rules, there was only one trash bag provided in each trash can with no spares available. This made it a bit challenging for a large group like ours to properly dispose of our waste. Do not let this sway your opinion, I just felt like it needed to be mentioned. Overall, our stay at this property was fantastic, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a spacious and well-maintained rental near the beach.

Had a very festive birthday party at this property. Had a lobster boil on the picnic tables outside. Property is great and in a perfect location to Newport. Highly recommended. Especially for big families.

We used this house for a recent work retreat. With all of the bathrooms and bedrooms, we were easily able to accommodate everyone. It's centrally located and an easy walk to restaurants, shops, and the beach. While there were some issues with the A/C when we arrived, the owners were very responsive and actively worked to resolve the issue.

We stayed at this lovely home to play some golf locally and attend the US Senior Open. The home is in a fabulous location in Middletown close to restaurants and the beach. It’s just minutes to Newport. Very engaged ownership with this home and it was spotless on arrival. It’s a very large 3 unit home with a very quaint one bedroom cottage in the back of the property.

Our extended family had a wonderful stay at this charming home. We rented all three units, and were able to have a bit of privacy and down time from each other, while sharing meals and exploring as a group. It was an easy walk to the beach and Cliff Walk and we enjoyed the proximity to restaurants etc. The amenities were perfect and the hosts were attentive and really nice, A++++
