Beach Haven by STAY Newport

Absolutely magical girls getaway weekend in Newport at Beach Haven! There was plenty of space for each of us, and having a heated indoor pool in October was amazing! The team at Stay Newport were so communicative and kind throughout the experience and made all of us feel welcome and comfortable. We can’t wait to be back!

Perfect location for our family. The house was clean and very comfortable.

We had a lovely weekend with friends and family. The house is spacious, full of light, and has views of the ocean. Lots of room to gather yet also room to have down time. Everyone enjoyed our stay, including swimming in the pool. Communication and check in were easy.

13 of us had an amazing time at this home for my bachelorette. The house was close to the water, and the neighborhood was quiet and tucked away. We were a 6 minute drive from Downtown Newport, and when it rained we could keep everyone comfortably in the home with gorgeous views! Upon our arrival we had issues with the key code as well as the AC, and the property managers were quick to fix both of the problems.

From start to finish the rental was an amazing experience. Communication with the host was impeccable. The house itself was perfect for our needs. The indoor pool was an absolute hit with the kids and the adults enjoyed the indoor hot tub. Everything we could possibly need was provided. Location was perfect, literally steps from the beach. Already looking to rent it again for the holiday next year. Book it!

Beautiful house with excellent access to the beach. The views of the water are just amazing. The front courtyard area cannot be beat for morning coffee or late afternoon drinks. Could sit there everyday of my life. The grandkids loved the pool and the adults loved the hot tub. Such a unique property and the Cliff Walk is within easy walking distance. So is downtown Newport - about 2 miles - so it really can’t be beat. Walked to a great ice cream place around the corner and had a great breakfast one day just outside the driveway at Tickets. A great experience all around.

Beachhaven was all we could have asked for. Open kitchen, dining and living room area met the needs of our large group. Location near the beach was the best-from morning til night! Bedrooms offered comfort and privacy for all. Outdoor games, beach towels and just about anything you could think of was provided!

A group of friends just stayed at this home for a late June weekend to celebrate a milestone birthday for my wife and it was an amazing experience. The home is beautiful and was an experience in and of itself. You also can't beat the views and proximity to the beach. Host was also great with communication and accommodating any needs. A five star experience!!!

The stay was overall amazing. The property is stunning, however the house and the outside of the house wasn't cleaned up prior to our arrival. Other than that it was an amazing time.
