Gorgeous Views, Just Minutes From First Beach!

Space worked for our group; would be amazing in the summer, but we enjoyed our late fall visit and found the location perfect for getting into Newport and surrounding area.

My son (the groom) and his groomsmen and their wives enjoyed the house with the great yard for outdoor activities. Great location close to the venues.

We had such a great time at this house. 5 stars but the only minor issue was there were wasps outside so we couldn’t spend too much time on the deck. The bunk beds were extremely comfortable for adults. We highly recommend this house!

The property was absolutely perfect for our group. The backyard was beautiful and we enjoyed breakfast out on the deck each morning. We loved the location of being so close to downtown Newport. The house had everything we needed to enjoy our stay.The host was very accommodating to our group and very responsive with communication.

We stayed at this beautiful house for our annual girls trip. The house was immaculate and had everything we needed! Teresa was fantastic answering any of our questions and was kind enough to allow us an early check in. Would highly recommend this home for family and friends! We will definitely stay there again! House was perfect for a Friendsgiving with 4 adult couples. Each couple had a Queen sized bed and full bath. Short Uber ride to Newport.

We had 8 adults and everyone had a great time with plenty of space. The property is even larger than it looks in the pictures. Everything was clean and nicely updated, esp the bathrooms. Terrific location too. Many close restaurants.No complaints. Highly recommend Highly recommended

We just loved staying here, there was space for everyone, and the sunsets off the back yard were amazing! Great location, easy to get everywhere. Loved it all!!

We stayed for a long weekend at The Barn and are so happy with our experience and stay. The Barn is absolutely gorgeous. It is located on a busier road, however, the house is set back far and is set on a beautiful, large property. The owner Teresa was so accommodating, kind, and helpful. The house is clean, organized, and checked off all of our boxes and beyond. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for our long weekend! Thank you!

My group of 7 family/friends stayed here for a golf weekend. The house was perfect - clean, large enough, and exactly as described. All of the bedrooms were great - the bunk room was a hit. Pleasantly surprised by the quantity and quality of all of the bathrooms. The hangout space in the basement was fun - I’m surprised they haven’t fully finished the space down there! Communication with the host was fine - we did not need her during our stay, but was very helpful to ensuring we were all set leading up to our visit. The accordion window from the kitchen to the deck was a hit and a great way to extend the living spaces. The yard was a great place to hang out, although the grass was quite long and very thick which made playing in it a bit of a challenge. We were also disappointed to discover that the golf hole at the end of the backyard was not an actual hole, just a pole with no flag. Although we probably would not have spent much time playing with that as there was a coyote family that appeared to have had a den right under the tree next to the “golf hole”. Either way, the yard was beautiful to look at and made for a nice backdrop. The location was a quick 10 minute drive to the heart of downtown Newport. We ubered and had no troubles getting a car to pick us up at the house. We would definitely stay again!
