Oceanview Beach House with great views and wrap around porch,short walk to beach

Excellent location, very clean, enjoyed our stay very much, highly recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The home is even prettier than the pictures, with a beautiful wraparound porch and pretty gardens in the yard. The location is fantastic. We took a walk down to the beach and over the cliff walks. Check-in was a breeze, the kitchen has everything you need. There were four couples that stayed there, and plenty of room for us all! Would highly recommend it!

Thw wrap around porch with all the furniture was wonderful. We enjoyed the fire pit. Kitchen had all we needed and then some. Very neat, clean home.

Great house for a stay in Newport. Wrap-around porch is the highlight! Short walk to Easton's Beach, short bike ride to 2nd beach or downtown Newport.

It was a great size house for 8 adults and 3 children under 4 years old. We loved the front gated yard which was perfect for the boys. And it was great that we could walk to the beach.

Great house close to restaurants and bars, Easton Beach and easy to get to Newport’s sights! Plenty of space, clean and well appointed.

My family and I could not have been happier with everything in this house ! Wonderful location too. The owner provides all the necessary things . Communications that I had were both business like and personal. Promptly answered every time I reached out. I will definitely consider renting again.

House was perfect for our weekend bachelorette trip. Bedrooms were small but lots of them! Kitchen space, living room, deck and yard were perfect for the 7 of us. Location was great, walking distance to many restaurants. Lots of parking space too!

This property was perfectly appointed and located for a women’s trip to Newport. Could walk down the street for ice cream, dinner or the ocean. Could drive less than 10 min Newport. The house was so pleasant to visit with each other with plenty of hanging space and the porch had plenty of seating. As advertised it was a lovely place to visit.

I've been visiting Newport since I was a child - probably around 50 times at this point. This stay was amazing and stress-free thanks to Marc and his well cared-for house. The pictures don't do justice to the views or the abundance of space. My mom grew up here and staying here gave her a new vantage point and the joy it brought her was priceless. Absolutely beautiful in the spring too! Lots of space inside and out, terrific views, short walks to anything you'd need - 10/10!

House is spacious, kitchen is very well stocked and the location is terrific. Great restaurants are in walking distance and so is the beach! Perfect getaway house! So close to The Cliff Walk too!

August visit was great, house met our needs and our family had a super time in Newport. House is on calm roads but around the corner from restaurants and prime beach so super convenient. There are more amenities than listed (there were plenty of beach chairs and kitchen is better stocked than described..so ask before you assume. ) Do note there are 2 full bathrooms plus an outdoor shower. Enjoy!

Listing was accurate and such a convenient location. We had the best time being with all of our family and grandchildren! Lots of baseball games in the convenient fenced yard and morning walks to the beach were a breeze. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!!

This property was excellent for the week. My daughter got married at the end of the week and there was plenty of room for bridesmaid to get ready and snap some photos. Pretty yard and the first floor of the house was nice for some indoor pictures. My family and I enjoyed our time at this property and all its amenities. Well equipped, comfortable, loved the wrapped around porch and location was awesome.

This property is conveniently located and the front yard and the wrap around porch were perfect for our family. The kitchen was very well equipped and provided plenty of counter space for extra seating when we needed it. We would definitely choose this property again.
