NEW! Comfort, Spacious 2300sqft, minutes to Newport

We enjoyed our stay. House was very clean and comfortable as described. Beds were comfy and there was plenty of linens/towels and extra supplies.

Host was very responsive.

Such a cool place to stay. The 5 of us had a great time going to the wineries, and the hosts are so welcoming and kind!

The house was spacious and comfortable. Only about a 10-15 minute drive to beaches and downtown Newport. The owners were very kind, accommodating and knowledgeable about Newport and the surrounding area. Access to the pool was a lovely addition. Would definitely stay here again!

Great communication with owner. Location was perfect. We were able to Uber easily to major attractions allowing us to skip the challenges Newport can present with parking. House needs some minor maintenance but overall worked for our needs.

This house was very well located, was VERY ckean, and have everything needed for a trip to Newport! We appreciated the air conditioning and easy climate controls!!

The home is settled on a quiet street but is extremely close to grocery stores and is a short drive/uber ride to get into Newport! The location was perfect! There was plenty of seating and the rooms were comfortable for a large group. The only downside to the rooms were that the beds were pushed up against the walls, making access harder for one of the guests. Also, while there is a pool on the property, it is behind the neighbor's home in a conjoined yard. One night that we considered using it, it was already being used by the neighbors outside. The pool probably should not be advertised as a feature of the home if others will be using it. That being said, we were extremely pleased with our stay and would consider staying again.

We’re in town for a family wedding. The house was everything that we needed.

We enjoyed our stay. We had a small hiccup upon arrival and the owner took care of it immediately. House was plenty big and clean. FYI — the pool is in the backyard of the neighbor’s house. The listing isn’t clear on that.

pool was awkwardly right outside the neighbors back door, pool wasn’t clean . House inside bathroom downstairs leaking and upstairs shower did not drain.

We were in town for my sisters bachelorette and this was the perfect place to call home! It was quiet, the pool was fantastic, and they were so sweet! Couldn’t have asked for anything better!

Close to everything and comfortable. Owners are accommodating and the pool is wonderful!
