Stayed Jul 23, 2025Check in was easy. Kitchen was fine. Dining table only had 4 chairs, we did find two folding chairs in the basement which left us short one.

Stayed Jul 9, 2025As former Middletown residents, we were down to visit friends and to attend a wedding. The location of the house is in a great spot, close walking distance to 1st beach and restaurants. . The deck and yard was was what sold us on the location. The host was easy to communicate with, which is always a plus when choosing VRBO. We would stay here again for sure.

Stayed Jun 29, 2025Overall things were pretty good. A few minor things - as I’m pretty particular about some things - a few corners of rooms had cobwebs and the front steps/porch are very worn and when wet, very slippery, so be extra careful. The backyard was perfect for us and our dogs! LOVED the deck! Plenty sleeping areas! Thankful that a lot of things were provided - like beach towels, cleaning products, shampoo/soaps, etc. LOVED the quiet (except for 4th of July fireworks by neighbors which caused a lot of anxiety for one of our dogs) neighborhood - excellent location for visiting family in Middletown and for doing touristy Newport things.

Stayed Aug 9, 2024My friends and I had an awesome weekend! This was the perfect spot to explore Newport. Walking distance to the beach and shops and restaurants as well!
