Cottage at Sea Breeze

Great home for a large group. Leeza is very responsive and so sweet and hospitable. The location is very convenient for getting around town. The house had more than enough room to relax and had the necessities for cooking and grilling. The showers had some leaking but still useable. My group had a wonderful time!

The house itself was spacious and comfortable for our group of friends to stay together, and the location was even better than we could have expected. The house has balconies and a yard to relax at home, and there are restaurants, a brewery, gas station, a clothing shop, and beach all within walking distance. We couldn't have asked for a better spot!

Hosts were accommodating. Beds were comfortable. Ample room. Kitchen and supplies were not up to par. Not super clean and had water dripping in house. More akin to college or young adults than a family.

Leeza was helpful and responsive when we needed. The area was so safe and there was so much in walking distance. We had time before wedding events and we’re able to walk to the cliff walk and do a portion of it. Definitely recommend staying here!

The property has a great location. The furnishings, appliances, amenities and basic essential items were poor. There was one bedroom that was actually in the basement.

Great house for our family of 5 to explore Newport for the first time. Owners were so welcoming and accommodating. Can't wait to go back to Newport again.

Great location, responsive hosts, easy to get to the beach & downtown

Rented a house for a family vacation. Nothing worked and owner was not accommodating. Horrible experience.

The owners are amazing and so responsive. Great location, the restaurant next door was delicious, and we all really enjoyed our stay so much! Can't wait to go back one day! :)

very good location very good restaurants just 2 min walking, very quick over the hill to the city for adult beverages and people watching. loads of parking.
