We had an incredible week at this beautiful home in Middletown, Rhode Island. The views were absolutely breathtaking, and the layout of the house—with spacious, comfortable bedrooms—made it ideal for our family. We loved how easy it was to walk to nearby spots and how close we were to both Newport and everything Middletown. It was the perfect place to relax, and enjoy the best views! Highly recommend! The photos do not do this property justice. It is simply...stunning. The views of the water greet you immediately. Looking out across the water you get to see a multitude of the mansions on Cliff Walk. Very easy access to downtown Newport. The home itself is comfortable, large and the perfect place to gather with family and friends. The whole process was easy, the home is well appointed and we are already ready to go back!

We had a totally enjoyable stay at this spacious home right on the water. The house was spotless and very nicely decorated. Plenty of room and it felt very homey. There is plenty of outdoor seating and a great outdoor hot tub. It’s close to restaurants and attractions… maybe 5 minutes from Newport without all of the craziness of Newport traffic. The hosts are pleasant and responsive. Highly recommend!!!

Beautiful ocean views while relaxing on the decks, in the living room, master bedroom or while in the hot tub. This lovely property is tucked away in a very quiet neighborhood, away from the hustle and bustle of Newport tourism. The owners were very responsive and everything was perfect upon check-in. I would highly recommend this property for your next vacation.

The home was a gorgeous view and white interior a plus. Hot tub had dirt on bottom and unable to locate change of temperature and arrival had it at 65. No internet tv and maintenance services never received to assist with problem. The grill should be off property it was rusty and no tank. Kerri was helpful as much as she could be, but off sitegelp was not available

We celebrated my mothers 90th birthday with just her 5 children this fall. The home is so welcoming, and a perfect spot to unwind, catch up with family and share stories in great living spaces thru out the house. Our plans were to explore Newport, but we opted to chill most of the time listening to waves splash against rocks below and bask in unseasonably warm weather on the patio. With Rhode Island Providenc being my Moms birthplace, it was a memorable trip for her and us. Thank you to the Hollands for sharing your home.-Leslie

This property is the perfect place to stay to get away to relax but have access to all of the great activities and restaurants in downtown Newport. Also a bike ride to the beach! Definitely recommend this home. Homeowners were easy to work with and very accommodating. Loved it!

This was the perfect spot for our family to be together for my daughter’s wedding. The place is so nice and the views/sunsets are spectacular.

Eight family members ranging in age from 38 to 80 stayed at this beautiful property. We loved the view & location was perfect to get to all of the wedding events in Jamestown & Newport. Only 1 recommendation - we all agreed that more bath towels are needed to accommodate eight guests. We had to wash towels daily, so that we all had clean towels.

Great location and beautiful views. We had some rainy days but the view from the house made up for it. Close to the cliff walk, mansions, shopping and restaurants.

The property is lovely and fresh and clean and bright with up to date furnishings. Views are gorgeous, as well as the ocean sounds - especially from the primary bedroom. Great sleeping! Would definitely rent again. Adult children (18-23) and grandparent also enjoyed it!
