Hot / Cold outdoor shower... Also an EXTRA area on the lower level that includes a sink/refrigerator, pantry and wall mounted LCD TV (32 in) with papason chairs on the lower level make for excellent 'kid' space or two family vacation. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan, floor fan, dresser, queen size bed, mattress cover, sheets, pillows and comforter set. The extra large bedrooms on the lower level each have a queen bed with an additional twin bed. Upstairs comfortable seating and a 50 inch LCD TV...All of this on an over-sized lot (50% larger than most in the area) with ample parking for 5 - 7 cars! Plenty of outdoor space - Large deck off the dining room upstairs, with a Weber gas grill, table, umbrella and padded patio furniture. Shaded, furnished patio (table and chairs) below. Large yard! Bath towels, beach towels, beach blanket , beach wagon and some beach chairs are included. Close enough (only a half mile) to the beach that you can hear the seagulls...!brbrPlease note that we don’t allow parties. Its a guest favorite! :) While we love the interior the exterior complements the space nicely. With both a back and front yard most guests tend to gravitate towards the front yard for 360 degree ocean views. For those coffee lovers there are two coffee makers. There is an automatic drip(8-10 cup) and Nespresso machine. You will find everything you need to cook your favorite meal or bake something sweet — feel free to use the basics as well as try some of our favorite recipes. The long kitchen table features a custom-built bench and rattan chandelier. We store a Trip Trapp child chair and a high chair for use if needed and have a kid-friendly dining set. The Bluetooth speaker is easy to connect your devices to for music and listening. The entry area has a full-size washer and dryer and large cabinet for hanging outdoor gear.brbrThe living room has a comfortable couch and extra seating so everyone can gather. The TV is connected to hi-speed internet for easy streaming with your favorite subscriptions. Our game cabinet has some great games and is also stocked with toys/activities for younger ones. There is a large dining table for enjoying an outside meal in the evening sun and the ocean breeze. We have a small outdoor fire pit for making s’mores or enjoying a fire, as well as a propane BBQ grill. The area feels private with established plantings and a custom-built outside shower (including a changing cubby) — the best place after a day at the beach. There is a small plastic splash pool for children as well.brbrSurrounding the house is a flat yard with plenty of space for games.
