This 7 bedroom, 4 bathroom home fits 14 comfortably with plenty of space to gather together or spread out.brbrEnter the home on the Main Level, and walk into luxury where you have everything you need to truly enjoy a relaxing getaway with your family/friends. It is the best of the best!! Tons of things to do with access to all of the community amenities, the main beach/pool/tiki bar literally steps from the home! Cook breakfast, lunch & dinner in the professional kitchen that has every tool you need to prepare a meal. Dine inside or out on the expansive deck overlooking the lake and beautifully landscaped back yard, including a pond, water feature (not running in fall/winter), and firepit. The massive 100 foot dock with stairs into the water allows for many hours of lakefront enjoyment. brbrOn the Main Level, there is a king master suite, a queen bedroom, an expansive great room (living room 2 in the photos) with sitting area, kitchen, 2 dining areas, and a living room (living room 1 in the photos).brPLEASE NOTE:br*For safety purposes, the griddle on the kitchen range is not operational. Several skillets are available or enjoy the outdoor Blackstone griddle.*br**The only bathroom on this level is the bathroom attached to the king master suite. Guests staying in the queen bedroom on this level share the bath with the king master suite, or can use the shared bathroom on the lower level.**brbrOn the lake front Second Floor, there is a living area with a couch, desk, and lounge chair (living room 3 in the photos); a king master suite with a full bath; and a bedroom with a twin over twin bunk. Relax on the couch overlooking the lake with a book or a cocktail, or work from home at your private desk overlooking the lake.brPLEASE NOTE:br*The only bathroom on this level is the bathroom attached to the king master suite. Guests staying in the the bunk room on this level share the bath with the king master suite.* br**The tub/shower in this bathroom is very deep. To access the tub/shower, you will need to use the stool shown in the Bedroom 3 bathroom photo.**brbrThe Private Upper Level Suite has a private outside entrance in addition to access via the spiral staircase in the great room. It has a king bedroom and bath. It also has a private kitchen area with refrigerator, cabinets, and a kitchen sink. The stove and dishwasher are not hooked up, and therefore not operational. brbrOn the lower level, there are 2 bedrooms, a full bath, a dry bar with an ice maker and small beverage refrigerator, and an area with an air hockey table and access to the lower level deck and lake. One of the bedrooms has a queen bed and a twin bed. The other bedroom has a full bed and a twin over full bunk. Both bedrooms share the hall bath on this level, which is located across the hall from the bunk bedroom.brbrUse one of four kayaks or paddle board to cruise the lake right from the backyard, and come back and lounge on the dock, or walk over and have a swim at the main beach or pool. Enjoy cocktails and snacks at the Tiki Bar and stroll back to the property to finish your night by the firepit. This house has it all!!brbrDuring your stay, be sure to keep an eye out for the lake’s resident Bald Eagles.brbr*Please Note* There are 4 steps on your way to the front door from the driveway. Once in the front door, you have access to the king master suite, kitchen, dining areas, living areas, and lake front deck without having to use any stairs. There are a significant number of steps to access the lake front dock. The propane fireplace in the Private Upper Level suite, the propane fireplace in the Great Room on the the Main Level, and the wood burning fireplace in the living room on the Main Level are all operational. Upon confirmation of your stay, we will email you a guest information packet, which needs to be completed and returned within 48 hours. This packet will include community and house rules. You will be asked to agree to the community and house rules, and will be asked to provide information to be supplied to the front gate (including names, ages & addresses of ALL guests and some additional details). This packet will need to be completed within 48 hours of booking in order to keep your reservation. People that have stayed in homes at the Hideout repeatedly tell us that this is the nicest house they've ever stayed in. Upon arriving to the property you'll note the double sized lot for your added privacy. You'll also immediately see that the front deck spans the entire length of the house with plenty of space to spread out, cook on the propane grill, or just hang out with your family and friends (please note that there is a security camera on the front of the home facing the driveway and front yard). Resist the urge to sit down as you've only just arrived and still have a lot to see. Let's walk in through the screened in porch, where you'll find a table with seating for 6 and a ceiling fan for your comfort. We usually find ourselves hanging out in here during a rain storm and enjoying the beautiful fresh air that accompanies less-than-perfect weather, and a fresh layer of water on the trees and ground. In this porch area you'll find the main entrance with a keyless entry lock (code will be provided 48 hours before arrival). Punch in your digits and welcome to The Woodview!brbrTake a moment when you open the door to take in the expansive open floor plan which flows seamlessly from the dining area, with seating for 8, to the living room with super high vaulted ceilings and a propane fireplace, to the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, pots and pans, coffee maker, blender, toaster, just about everything you'll need to whip up a full family sized feast, and, there's also a counter bar with seating for 4, for those quick bite meals. Again, no pitstops as we still have a lot to see. Turn around from the kitchen and you'll see the dining area that has a beautiful country style table big enough for that Thanksgiving feast and seating for up to 8, comfortably. Let's slide over to the living room where you'll see a brand new sofa and love seat, as well as a propane fireplace for those chilly nights and cool mornings. Also in this space is a flat panel tv which boasts a smart blu-ray player with dozens of movies, as well as smart app access so you can stream your favorite Netflix, Hulu, Vudu, and YouTube shows. Simply log in with your own account credentials and pull up your familiar lists (just remember to log out before you leave). Binge time!brbrBut wait, there's more....also on the main level is an oversized master bedroom with king sized bed and a large sitting area that could double as an area for your crib or playpen (not provided) or an inflatable mattress (provided in the master closet). The room also has a large flat panel TV, A/C and access to the en-suite master bathroom that has a full shower and tub. The master bath also has separate access from the kitchen to ensure privacy for those staying in the master suite. brbrLet's keep it moving, so get comfortable, kick off your shoes, and grab a glass of wine (or coffee/tea) and let's head upstairs.brbrBack through the kitchen, around the corner and through living room, let's head up a flight of stairs where you'll arrive to the loft area that has a fantastic birds eye view of the main living space, the dining area and great views of the trees outside through the signature shaped front windows. In the loft you'll also find a super comfortable foldout futon (not an oxymoron, it really is comfortable!) for sleeping or just hanging out away from the rest of the home. There's also a comfy chair and a few books for you to just hang. This area also has access to the 2nd full bathroom (shower and tub), and 2 additional oversized bedrooms, both with flat panel HD tv's, A/C's and queen sized beds. Each room also has full closets and dressers as well as windows overlooking the back of the home with nice views of the woods. brbrOk, back down to the main level, check your glass as you pass the kitchen area to see if you need a refill, and then let's head down a flight of stairs to the lower level game room.brbrYou've now entered the game zone, where you'll find a full sized pool table, ping pong table and foosball table...surely the site of many a heated match with your friends and family. Also in the lower level you'll find another comfy foldout futon and flat panel HD TV so you can watch the game while playing the game. This level will surely entertain you and your group for hours on end. Loser does the dishes (just kidding, there's a dishwasher)! Also in the lower level, you'll find access to the back yard and the laundry room where we provide detergent and dryer sheets if you choose to do some laundry. brbrPlenty of other little details that we won't mention here, but they'll surely lead to a more comfortable and complete home-like experience. And here's the bonus: As we mentioned, we're located in the award winning, 4 season Hideout Community which comes with added perks! The Community enhances your enjoyment by providing excellent entertainment, and a host of amenities like golf, swimming (pools and lakes ), row boats, paddle boats, kayaks, tennis and so much more. There's also daily activities for the kids, an art center, clubhouse with more games, a gym, indoor tennis courts, fitness classes, and so much more! There's also basketball courts, outdoor tennis, fishing....really, it's too much to list. A few of these amenities bear a small daily use fee, usually under $5. You will not be bored, unless that's your goal, then feel free to veg out and just relax, we won't judge, we're just here to provide whatever you need to have the best experience possible.brbrBottom line is, you'll see other homes in this community, but none that have thought of all the little details that we offer. Smaller creatures and insects can occasionally find their way inside depending on the outside conditions. We have monthly exterminator visits to minimize this, but being in the mountains, anything is possible.brbrbrbrAdditionally, please note that the mountain infrastructure differs from that of the city. Small wind or rain storms can occasionally cause power or internet outages in specific areas, including our home. Power outages may affect the water supply as we are on wells and the well pumps need power to work. Usually, these outages are restored within 8-10 hours, which is a quick turnaround given the weather conditions. For outages lasting less than 24 hours, no refund or compensation will be provided.
