Stayed Jul 8, 202510 Days in this Cabin, to get a Break from the Tennessee Heat! The weather was very pleasant, with occasional Rain Very nice Home, very clean and bright. Us and our two grandkids had a great stay. Nice close by beach, close to many other Lakes, 20 minutes to Costa Amusement Park, in Hawley, and Lake Wallenpaupac. Very quiet and peaceful location.

Stayed Jul 1, 2025The house was perfect. It was immaculate, not fussy (uncluttered) and well appointed. It was also comfortable. We were there for the 4th of July celebration and watched the fireworks from the ample front deck.

Stayed Aug 18, 2023This property is clean and nice. The community is beautiful and quiet. My family has been coming to the Hideout for several years, and we were happy to find this rental this year. Many of the homes in the Hideout are older and don't have a good way to block the stairs for babies. This home has a closed wall and a door separating the main level and ground floor, making it feel far safer for my young children. (The loft is open, but it was easy to just keep my toddler from going up there.) The owner was very kind and responsive, and even allowed us to go back into the house the next day to get an item of my son's that we forgot there!

Stayed May 26, 2023We were 3 couples looking for a place that was big enough for us to stay for memorial day weekend and this house did the trick. With 3 bathrooms, everyone had their personal space. The house is well equipped with all the cooking utensils you could need and the deck with the grill was perfect for dinners. The neighborhood is quiet and a short drive to the lake if you want to rent a boat like we did from Lake Wallenpaupack. We had a short wait at the gate to check in because it was the Friday evening before memorial day weekend so be prepared for a 15min wait if you arrive during a peak time.
