Stayed Oct 15, 2025Our entire stay was excellent. The house was very spacious and clean. The kitchen was well equipped. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool table. Having 2 separate living areas was nice. Our younger son and his family were in the lower level while we were in the upper level. But, we could all gather for meals and relaxing in the sunroom. It was also nice being on the golf course, watching golfers pass by. The community is also very nice and safe. Everyone we encountered from the community was very pleasant. Our host, Ben, stayed in touch with us and always responded quickly to our questions. I would highly recommend this house and host to anyone looking for a nice get-a-way.

Stayed Aug 25, 2025Had a great stay at the Golf Course Getaway. The cabin was huge and much more space than needed for myself, my husband, and my 4 year old. Ben was great, and quick to respond to any questions that we had.We aren't golfers, but thought it was really cool that the house is literally in the middle of a golf course. There were so many amenities at the house and we tried them all! We loved the pool table and video games, but our favorite was the hot tub with the outdoor TV. Only downside was the camera pointed right at the hot tub so it didn't feel private.The house is so beautiful and open and our 4 year old loved having the freedom to roam while we could still keep an eye on her. There were even a few kids toys and books that she loved. My daughter has special needs, so I knew the very steep staircase to the main (top) floor would be a concern for her (and any young children), but we anticipated this and had a baby gate with us, and had no issues. We had brought a folding high chair and were pleasantly surprised to find a full-sized high chair that we used instead!Overall we loved our stay and would definitely stay again if we come back to the area. This was our first time here and we had no idea just how huge The Hideout community really is, and would probably stay longer to enjoy everything that this area offers.

Stayed Feb 13, 2025We had a great weekend getaway to celebrate a birthday. The house is perfect for entertaining and gathering. Sitting in the hot tub watching it snow was magical. Kitchen was well stocked. Couldn't find a skillet to cook on, but other than that we had ev neeneeded.
