Just below is a patio for outdoor entertaining. A full patio set will be added this spring. This area is perfect for outdoor relaxation and entertainment.brbrCome and relax in the cool breeze on our spacious deck or kick back with a book. Enjoy the beautiful views and spectacular sunrises and sunsets.brbrYou will have access to the house, parking area, front and back yards, as well as the garden.brbrHome owner is not available on Sundays. However, you can contact the property manager for any issues.brbrThe Farrier Guest is situated in a small neighborhood with neighbors on each side. The front and back sides border large Amish farms. The house is nestled on top of a hill which provides great views and easy access.brbrTheir is ample parking, up to six vehicles, on a private drive.brbrWe have several board games for your enjoyment as well as outdoor games. brbrWe have upgraded our air conditioning to a minisplit system with units and remotes for each bedroom.brbrWe`ve also updated the kitchen so the pictures will be different than what we now have.brQuiet hours are between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m.brbrWine and beer consumption is allowed on the property in moderation.brbrNo drunkenness.brbrNo hard alcohol (liquors, whiskey, bourbons, etc.)brbrNo drugs or illegal substances of any kind, including marijuana.brbrNo foul language.brbrNo inappropriate, lewd, or provocative behavior.brbrPlease dress modestly.brbrSmoking is allowed outside only. No smoking in the home. If a guest violates this policy, a $200 cleaning fee will be assessed.

And a spacious bathroom with a shower and a deep tub where you can soak away the weariness from a day of activities. brThe Living Room area has a comfortable corner couch with a decorative fireplace and a smart TV for you to log in to your own streaming accounts. brbrWhen you reach the second flour you’ll be met with a small sitting area and a kids play area stocked with a toy kitchen, puzzles and toys. The second floor consists of 3 bedrooms and 1 Bathroom. There is 1 Queen bed, 2 Twin beds, and 1 bunk bed with a trundle pullout. And if your children like to read you might find them curled up on the beanbag in the little reading nook. brbrOutside offers a beautiful,spacious backyard where the options of games are endless should you choose to bring your outdoor games with you. Start up a fire in the campfire pit surrounded by Adirondack chairs and experience over the fire cooking or fire up the grill on the back deck and cook up the local, grass fed meat that we have provided for your stay. In addition to the traditional beds, two of the bedrooms also have pullout couches - one twin pullout couch and one full size pullout couch, which would be perfect for kids.brbrThere are 2.5 baths, one of which is on the first floor with a walk in shower. There is a half bath and an additional full bath on the second floor, which has a double vanity and a bathtub/shower combo. brbrThe living room has a smart tv and a gas fireplace, with amazing views of the surrounding farmland. The large dining room adjoins with the kitchen for an open concept space perfect for enjoying family meals together. Off of the kitchen is the sunroom with the queen size pullout couch, and also leads out to the screened in porch. brbrThere is also a full finished basement with a large sectional and a smart TV.brbrPlease note that while there is a garage, we do not allow guests to park in it.
