We've hosted hundreds of guests and given them great experiences each time. brbrThere are 3 wagons scattered throughout 40 acres. We've got marked trails & lights leading up to each wagon. We just ask that you are respectful to our other guests & don't walk into their space. There is plenty of other trails you can walk on. We have maps available (with photos on listing) to guide you to your wagon & also of the trials you can walk.brbrTAKE NOTE:br* There’s a short trail walk to the wagon from the parking area. We recommend bringing duffel bags/backpacks rather than roller suitcases because you will be using a wood chip trail, not a paved path.br* While we allow pets, we ask that you only bring 1 pet due to the size of the wagon.brWe also ask that they DO NOT climb onto any furniture or lay on any of our blankets. The master and second bedrooms have a queen bed each. The third bedroom has a double bed. A mid-day's nap might end with window view of the trees, perfect for ensuring your batteries are fully charged before returning to everyday life. brbrIf you need to do laundry, a clean and practical utility room is down the staircase from the kitchen. In addition to the traditional beds, two of the bedrooms also have pullout couches - one twin pullout couch and one full size pullout couch, which would be perfect for kids.brbrThere are 2.5 baths, one of which is on the first floor with a walk in shower. There is a half bath and an additional full bath on the second floor, which has a double vanity and a bathtub/shower combo. brbrThe living room has a smart tv and a gas fireplace, with amazing views of the surrounding farmland. The large dining room adjoins with the kitchen for an open concept space perfect for enjoying family meals together. Off of the kitchen is the sunroom with the queen size pullout couch, and also leads out to the screened in porch. brbrThere is also a full finished basement with a large sectional and a smart TV.brbrPlease note that while there is a garage, we do not allow guests to park in it.
