Also, on the property is a hot tub, private boulder stairs leading to a soft sand beach, charcoal grill, a private tucked away seating area along with additional seating options for taking in the gorgeous view! The beach is long and wide, especially so during low tide. In the summer, the beach has a great sand bar that traps water during low tide and provides a sometimes warm, shallow body of water for the little ones to play in and build sandcastles near. In the winter the waves are larger, most towns are quieter, and the temperatures are still moderate.
