Due to Covid-19, you must have homeowner passes to use the SHARC indoor and outdoor pool. I take pride in keeping my property updated, clean and maintained with high end linens and towels. Our house is one of the most unique homes in Sunriver. Hidden from the street in the quiet north end of the resort, it is located on the Woodlands Golf Course and features rare views of Mt Bachelor from the back deck. Fort Rock Park is only a short distance away. Enjoy a beautiful walk or bike ride along the network of Sunriver bike trails and end up at the river, the trail north to Benham Falls, the Mall, or the Deschutes River. brbrApproach the main house along a dramatic 70-foot breezeway that connects with a wrap-around deck. Inside you will find new hardwood floors, new carpet in the bedrooms, and fresh paint throughout. The large wood-burning fireplace features a striking brick fireplace, the outside portion of which can be viewed through an 8-foot skylight set into the vaulted ceiling. Firewood is provided. The main house is kept cool in the summer with central A/C. The separate studio apartment stays comfortably cool at night in the mountain air. brbrThere is room for everyone to gather and enjoy each other in the central living area of the main house and also enjoy some privacy in the separated bedrooms. The central living area is surrounded by huge walls of windows and sliding glass doors that open onto expansive decks overlooking the golf course, pond and mountains beyond. brbrThe main floor of this 2-story house features an open floor plan with the kitchen, dining area and sunken living room. Also downstairs are a King Master and a separate wing with a Queen Bedroom, a 4-bed Bunkroom perfect for kids, and a shared bathroom. A new washer and dryer are located in a hallway closet of this wing. Up a sweeping staircase is the King Master Loft, a unique open bedroom suite that overlooks the living area. Because it isn’t entirely enclosed it may not be the best choice for light sleepers, however its spacious design and lovely bathroom make it the most coveted sleeping area in the house. Across the beautiful covered breezeway is a detached studio guesthouse with a queen bed, kitchenette and private bathroom. brbrWe are happy to provide you with streaming options in every room via Roku TVs, boxes or streaming sticks. Board games can be found in the living room cupboards and there are a variety of books for you to enjoy during your stay. You might find yourself spending most of your time on the expansive decks and grassy lawns that surround the house and are ideal for enjoying the fresh mountain air in Sunriver. A 6-8 person, private, hot tub and a gas BBQ are both located on the deck overlooking the beautiful views. A badminton set is in the garage and there is plenty of room to play on the front or back lawns.brbrThe kitchen is fully stocked with new appliances and all of the dishes, utensils and tools you will need to prepare your perfect vacation meals. A portable crib and portable high chair are kept in the home for families with small children. brbrA double garage is attached to the guest studio and contains 9 adult bikes, 3 kids bikes, and a 2-child bike trailer for you to enjoy on your adventures. Helmets and a bike pump are provided. There is a basketball hoop in the driveway. A Level 2 EV destination charger for your electric car is located in the garage so you can be ready to explore after charging up overnight. Be sure to bring the cord for your vehicle as this charger is just the outlet! brbrWe offer a dog friendly home with a nominal pet fee of $10/day per dog. If your group has more than two dogs we are happy to negotiate a reasonable fee. Please let us know if you are bringing pets when you book. We ask that you keep your pups off the bedding and furniture and not leave them at the house alone unless they are crated/kenneled. Dog booties are provided for your furry friends, to protect the new wood floors. Bring friends, bring Gran & Gramps, hey-even bring people you don't like-you'll like them better after staying here!brbrIn the last year or so I've replaced most of the beds, bedding, built a utility yard for the dog to stay in and store the bikes, painted the whole interior and installed new carpet. Everything is sparkly and clean enough for a picky mother-in law or Granny who always finds something to complain about. No worries here!brbrEverything from watching a movie or two on the TV's or sit in the gaming chair and play your video games, unless you prefer competitive Foosball. For outdoor fun try your hand at cornhole. brThe choices are yours and not everyone has to make the same choice! Plenty of things to do and different rooms to do them in. A Roku box and Chromecast are available on most TVs. When remodeling this home my main goal was, that if in 20 years from now someone said my family had this get together when I was a kid and we had so much fun then it was all worth it! I want families and friends to spend time together, enjoying each others company.brbrThe house was designed for multi-generations or multi-families. It has plenty of room for family gatherings, but also has enough privacy for some personal quiet time. The downstairs is more formal and the upstairs is where the action is; Foosball, TVs, mini kitchen, you may not go downstairs for a week, well maybe to jump in the hot tub! You may not see the kids until you leave!brbrThe wrap around deck has plenty of room for outdoor parties or just reading a book in the sun. The hot tub is pre-set to 99-101 degrees F by the hot tub company, is maintained weekly or between guests as needed and should be ready upon arrival. Please keep the cover closed when not in use. Please, NO glass around the hot tub, there are plastic glasses and dining ware for outdoor use. Hot tub is to be used at guest’s discretion and personal risk. brbrThe downstairs is more formal and has a 70 TV. brbrThe whole family can fit at the dining table which can seat 10 and fit a few more in with the side table. The kitchen is fully stocked with matching plates, silverware and serving pieces. You won't be embarrassed setting a table for that special meal. The bar area is ready for your aperitifs or just sodas. The downstairs is wheelchair friendly with a small portable ramp available to go over the step up to the living room. The wet bar area is wheelchair friendly with a roll under sink and mini refrigerator.brbrThe master bath is large and open. The tub is just right for a relaxing soak after a long day of fun. The doors are 36' wide, the shower has a low threshold and there is a grab bar near the commode. One of the vanities has a place to sit while getting ready for the day.brbrThis house sleeps 12. The owner, property managers, Sunriver HOA and the neighbors are very strict on this. Per Sunriver regulations, No Parking On The Street or RV Parking in Sunriver. The home has a 2 car garage and can fit up to 4 more cars in the driveway.brbrMt Bachelor is an easy 23 mile drive from our door. Or you can Nordic ski right here on the bike paths. brbrFor summertime fun there are at least 2 adult bikes, and often times up to 4 adult and 2 kids bikes. Bikes are professionally maintained at the beginning of summer. If you experience a flat tire or other malfunction please take the bike to Village Bike and have it repaired so it will be ready for the next guest.
