This resort is home to one of the most breathtaking waterfront locations in Oregon, and you will have easy beach access. brbrThe resort features either a nice deck or a patio with every unit. Pools and spas are open and heated year-round. A fitness center, children’s play area and children’s pool are conveniently located and readily available for guest use. There are also movie rentals and video games available. The resort has a bike storage unit as well. brbrThe resort has a parking garage which restricts height access to 6’11”. Many local activities are available to be enjoyed year-round. In the summer you can find a variety of festivals going on. brbrWorldmark’s Seaside resort has the nicest units of any resort or hotel in town. There are various types of units available, and plenty of dates available. All units are frequently refurbished and modernized. Elevators are available in all the buildings. brbrYou will enjoy all that Seaside has to offer, then retreat to your fabulous condo and enjoy your fireplace, grill outdoors, or just relax. brbrAlthough daily housekeeping and room service is not provided, a full kitchen with basic necessities and laundry is. Linens and towels are provided which can be exchanged during your stay with the housekeeping staff. Housekeeping staff is not allowed to enter your room so just call in the morning or early afternoon to catch them while you are in the unit to bring you fresh towels and take away the used towels. Check-in is 5 P.M. plus or minus an hour. Checkout is 10 A.M. brbrThere is no A/C at the resort; all units have ceiling fans. According to the US Weather Service, average high temperatures in July and August are about 65 degrees, with average lows in the mid 50's. The home is over 1,700 sq. ft and features four bedrooms (2 King, 1 Queen, Double Bunk, and a twin), sleeps 10, two full baths, large living/dining area, gas fireplace, outdoor wood burning fireplace, tile floors, 55' flat screen smart TV with surround sound, DVD, cable TV, washer/dryer, WiFi and bicycles. There is security camera coverage of the front yard only. Although not ocean view, the home is in a very desirable South Seaside location just 250 feet from the beach and is a very easy walk to restaurants and shopping. Seaside has much to offer all age groups and this very comfortable home is a great location to experience it from.brbrNOTE: Stays from Memorial Day to Labor Day require a 5 night minimum, however, shorter blocks may be available.
