Also, just a few blocks north is the Nelscott District with restaurants, and shopping. Live community theatre stage performances are regularly scheduled at Theatre West, also located in the Nelscott District.brPacific Lookout is perfect for a family vacation, a romantic getaway, or a group of friends.brbrProperty Features: brThe property is on a single level with a ramp for access thru the main entry into what we call the family room. This room has an electric fireplace with a large screen tv, a sofa and loveseat, and a desk area for those that may bring their work or school along with them. Continuing further into the room you will find a dining area with counter height dining table and room for 6. The counter height allows you to capture the ocean views while you enjoy your meal or perhaps a game of cards or a board game. The kitchen, just off of the dining area has all the cooking basics that you will need to prepare and serve meals. Appliances include a gas stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, coffee maker, toaster, mixer, and blender. There is a large island that also has barstools for those that want to have a meal or their morning cup of coffee. The main living area features expansive windows with a view of the Pacific. We have also included a game table that seats 4 in this room so you can put together a jigsaw puzzle or play board games or cards leaving the main dining area for meals.
