This makes for the perfect setting for convenience to enjoy water sport and great food. brbrFenelon Falls is a beautiful little town. It is home to lock 34 on the Trent-Severn Waterway between Sturgeon Lake and Cameron Lake. brbrThere are many great restaurants, pubs, shops, a grocery store, Friday farmer’s market and a beautiful waterfront park. All this is within walking distance of The Kabins by the falls.brbrGetting Around:brWe offer 1 parking space per booking. Hiking trail of 2.5 km linear trail, moderate difficulty, with boardwalks and natural surfaces. (10 mins) br Gamebridge Go-Karts. With several sitting areas, a hot tub, hammock, outdoor sand volleyball court, kids swing set and trampoline, there is something for everyone even before heading down to the water. br Down a flight of steps you come down to the waterfront. The owners have provided a canoe, kayak and paddleboat for you to use as well as a selection of life jackets and safety gear to get you out on the water. The primary access into the water is from the stairs on the dock and the water is approximately 5 ft at the end of the dock. If you are looking to do some fishing, Head Lake has excellent Bass fishing and there is a dock complete with cleats for mooring your own boat or the watercraft provided. br In the cottage you can see the effort and detail these owners have gone to, to ensure everything is perfect for your stay. With high-quality linens in the bedrooms and plush mattresses you will certainly have comfortable Total Guests. br The property is all on one level and the bedrooms are grouped together on the south side of the cottage. The bathroom is just off the kitchen. The kitchen is well-equipped with all the appliances you will need during your stay and the breakfast bar will be great for chatting and sharing a drink or two while getting meals together. Behind the breakfast bar is the living room giving an open plan feel to the property. Here you will be able to relax on the leather furniture while taking in a movie or playing games, but the best part of the cottage is the sun room. Park offering boating on the Trent-Severn Waterway, a large sandy beach, good fishing for Walleye, Muskellunge, Large and Small Mouth Bass. Canoe, kayak and stand up paddleboard rentals are available, and there are easy hiking trails. (20 mins) br Golfing. The Links at Monks Landing is a links-style layout, inspired by the classic golf courses of the British Isles: treeless, rolling terrain, pot bunkers, high fescue rough. Just outside of Norland, Ontario, Monck's Landing is a family-run operation, offering golf for golfers, that presents a unique golf experience sure to be appreciated by those who enjoy the history and traditions of the game. For twenty years now, our family has offered folks a welcoming place to stretch, relax, eat and take in a moment on our farm. Be sure to visit the farm animal sanctuary on the property! The name was representative of the village's location at the northern limits of civilization in Victoria County. With beautiful westerly views across Cameron Lake and the best seat in the house for breathtaking sunsets this is the property for you. br On a quiet dead-end road, you will find Whispering Waters situated in a small enclave of properties close to the old ‘Victoria Rail Trail’ that also forms the main B103 snowmobile trail in the winter. The roadside of the cottage has lots of property for yard games and sports.
