Stayed Aug 5, 2025We loved our stay at The Gathering Place! The cottage is beautiful, super spacious, and has everything you need — it really feels like a home away from home. The location is perfect, right between Fenelon Falls and Bobcaygeon, and the surroundings are so quiet and peaceful. Plenty of parking too, which made it easy for our group.The main bathroom is connected to the primary bedroom, but there’s also a handy extra washroom in the laundry room. The only downsides were that the canal is quite shallow, so boating from the dock isn’t ideal (especially for bigger pontoons), and fishing is tricky because of the weeds.Overall, this place is cozy, comfortable, and in a great spot. We’d happily come back!
