Should it be found that there are more than eight people on the property at any given time, you will be asked to leave with no refund. You will be charged for the extra guests.brbrAbsolutely no parties allowed. The Noise-By-Law is in effect 24 hours a day. If we receive a noise complaint, your rental may be terminated. Noise violations fines are $300 in Tiny. brbrAny watercraft on site is to be used at your own discretion. We will not be held liable for any incidents resulting from onsite water equipment use. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. The remaining bedrooms share a hallway bathroom equipped with a shower and jacuzzi bathtub.brbrWalk downstairs and you'll find a large, comfy family room with a large sofa, a futon sofa and a large coffee table, perfect for those family board games or puzzle building.
