Featuring 5 bedrooms with two bathrooms and plenty of space for 2 families. Two Bedrooms have queen size beds, one with a King, plus two more bedrooms with bunk beds for kids. This is a family home and we have a very strict NO PARTY & NO PET policy . Please note the rate is for 12 guests only. We have a ring camera at front door to verify the number of guests using the space. Gorgeous space with a private lakefront and dock to accommodate those wanting to enjoy water activities. brbrBecause this is a lakefront cottage- water safety is a must. DO NOT dive off the dock. All Children must be watched and accompanied by a sober and responsible adult. Swimming alone is not recommended even for adults. Please refrain from bringing any glass beyond the deck of the house or near the lake. Most people walk barefoot and unwanted broken glass could cause injuries. This is a lake with boat access (there is a launch nearby) , and as such it is important to adhere to all boating rules and regulations. It is also important to keep within the bay area for swimming to avoid accidents between a potential boater/pleasure-craft and a swimmer. brbrThis cottage is warm and welcoming with what is said to be the best location on the lake with a peninsula that allows for large panoramic views. brbrWe are looking to share this experience with responsible families that are looking to appreciate some getaway time as much as we have.
