Located just minutes from the beach, grocery store, restaurants, and medical, this home is tucked away in a beautiful sound front community. The home sits seconds from the sound front and is located right on a canal capable of allowing you to dock your boat right outside the residence. The newly constructed wrap around decks (2 levels) offer a beautiful view of the canal, sound, and offer one of the most beautiful sunset views around from the top level. The back yard is grassed for our four legged friends and does offer a small sand beach area for enjoyment for all. Fishing and crabbing from the deck located directly behind the house are productive and offer hours of fun for anyone interested. A community center is available that offers a fresh water pool, basketball hoop, and other amenities for your enjoyment. On the first floor there is a bedroom with a king size bed and a bedroom with a queen size bed. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, each with a queen bed. In the Large hall upstairs, there are bunk beds ( single over double). There is a large deck with fabulous views of the ocean. TV with cable in the main room as well as a couple of other bedrooms. Washer/dryer are on the first level. Central air/heat and fully stocked kitchen. The house also has high speed internet and Wi-Fi. You will have to provide your own linens.
