Newly renovated and nicely furnished, this 2.5Bedroom, 1.5 Bathroom property is updated to exceed your standards with all the necessities of home. Located in Nags Head at milepost 11, a great central location to many fabulous restaurants, beach activities, and national landmarks. Our home is centrally located on the Outer Banks at milepost 10 in Nags Head. Lots of great restaurants and shopping are located nearby while maintaining the quiet beach lifestyle you desire. The beach access is approximately 2 blocks from the house at the end of the street. This house has three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms that can sleep six comfortably. This home is well stocked with all of the essentials needed in the kitchen, board games and a large selection of DVD’s for movie enthusiasts. brThe home has an open floor plan with the first floor consisting of the kitchen and dining area, living space, one bedroom with a queen-size bed and a bathroom. The second floor consists of two bedrooms and a bathroom. The first is a king-size bed while the other is a queen-size bed with a private balcony. Both bedrooms are adjoined by a Jack and Jill bathroom. One fold away bed is also located upstairs also.brThe area under the cottage is a favorite area of ours that consists of a sitting area with chairs, pub style picnic table, television and a stereo. It also has a hammock for lounging around if you choose to do so. The full laundry room and half bath are located downstairs also for your convenience. There is an outdoor shower for cleaning off after a long day at the beach. The storage closet downstairs is stocked with beach chairs, coolers, and toys for the beach. There are cornhole boards for the evenings in the driveway while cooking on the grill. brAs mentioned before, we are centrally located on the Outer Banks at milepost 10 which is at the Nags Head, Kill Devil Hills line. There a many restaurants and shops located in this area. There are two grocery stores less than a mile from here and a drive thru convenience store within site of the cottage. There are many local shops in the area and an outlet mall about 6 miles south of here. Manteo is about a 10 minute drive and Cape Hatteras lighthouse is about 45 minutes from here.
