Stayed Jun 23, 2024Our family of 6 booked this “beach house” with the impression that it would be like so many other vacation rentals we’ve had in the past. However, this is the first time we’ve stayed at a house that is run by a rental management company, and it will be the last. We arrived to the previous guests’ beer cans and water bottles left on the deck. Apparently it is the policy of the management company to provide the BARE MINIMUM. We arrived to NO hand soap in the entire house, 1 garbage bag, 2 rolls of toilet paper for 6 people on a 1-week stay, and the real kicker: no beach towels to use at the “beach house”. They do the bare minimum to get you into the house, but don’t worry, there’s a long list of things you are required to do before you leave and you’ll need to purchase your own supplies in order to complete those requirements. None of the bed frames are attached to the headboards, so they roll around each time you move in the night. And not so much as a sand castle bucket was provided for beach play. Apart from that, the positives are that you can walk to the beach, the hot tub was enjoyable after beach days, and the main level was open with plenty of space for us all to hang out. Some restaurants and shops are also within walking distance.
