Guests are only 1.5 miles from the Banner Elk Winery and Villa and only 10 minutes to the town of Banner Elk.brbrThis modern mountain home is the perfect retreat for a small group, sleeping eight guests. While the last 1/4 mile is a steep, gravel road, once you arrive, the parking area is flat and accommodates three or four cars easily. There is a single step to enter the main level. Once inside, you'll see the beautiful windows and view in the living room, where the leather sofa sits by the gas fireplace. The home features both smart TVs and SkyBest TV, so you can watch your favourite sports or movies. Beautiful tongue and groove ceilings bring a touch of the mountains inside. The dining is to the side, near the kitchen. The table boasts seating for everyone, comfortably holding eight guests. The kitchen centers on the granite island with oven. brbrThe main level has a large King suite with a TV. Attached is a bathroom featuring a tiled shower and a spacious double granite vanity. Upstairs is an open loft with seating and a bedroom with two twin beds. There is a full bathroom upstairs with a combination tub/shower with jets and a granite vanity. The lower level has a second living area and two more bedrooms. Each bedroom is a Queen with ceiling fan with a private door to the Jack and Jill bathroom. This is a tiled shower with double granite vanity. In the lower level is a large sectional for TV viewing plus an air hockey table and board games. Valle Crucis, home of the original Mast General Store and riverside community park, is a 15-minute drive, with Boone just 30 minutes from this convenient location. brbrThe house offers four levels of living space, creating an ideal setup for groups for space and privacy yet plenty of room to gather together. Enter on the main level, which features a spacious kitchen and dining area and has access to a deck with lots of seating, a gas fire table, and a gas grill. The master bedroom on this main level has a king bed and ensuite bathroom. Upstairs is the loft with a large sectional and a flat-screen Smart TV. There are two bedrooms off the loft, one with a queen bed and one with a double bed, which share the upstairs full bathroom. Downstairs from the main level is a complete second living room and second full kitchen. There is a theater room with a Smart TV and theater chairs, a lower-level deck with seating, and a full bathroom.
