With a fire pit and a game room, you'll find plenty to do without ever leaving the home. The main floor features an open living area with stone fireplace to the lofted ceilings. The leather sectional surrounds the gas fireplace and TV. A game table is nestled in the corner for board games with the family.brbrThe dining table comfortably seats eight guests with another three barstools at the large, granite island. The kitchen is stocked with all of your needs for preparing a delicious meal. Behind the sliding barn doors is the game room. In here you will find a beautiful, carved pool table, foosball, a putting green, seating, and a TV with speaker bar. Keep the barn doors open to expand the living area, or slide them closed for sound protection. A bathroom is located off of the kitchen for guest access, near the laundry center. The main level has the large king suite. It has deck access, a TV and ceiling fan. The exquisite bathroom has a large soaking tub, a tiled shower, bidet, and double granite vanity.brbrUpstairs is a sitting area in the loft, perfect for cuddling up with a book or crossword, or catching up with family. There are three bedrooms upstairs, two with Queen beds, and a bonus room with a full sized bed and four twin beds, perfect for the children or a younger family who needs to keep the little ones close at night. The shared full bath upstairs has a combination tub/shower with jets and double granite vanity. It is what make us the mountains. It is paved, however, manageable by 99% of our guests regardless of the type of car they may drive. And... it is maintained in the winter by a wonderful local gentleman on call for us with his snow plow! He never lets us down and we feel super fortunate to have him look after our driveway on the many wintry days the high country produces! br~The property does have 1 security camera facing the driveway and mounted above the garage. This is for monitoring the property when it is unoccupied and for monitoring winter conditions of the drive. We turn it off when our guests arrive except to periodically check conditions of snow accumulation. There are no other cameras inside or out on our property.
