You'll also be 10 minutes from the pool and Canadian Hole. Bring bikes and running shoes because Avon has been blessed with a village-long bike path!brbrBoasting new upgrades for 2023, including new mattresses, additional pillows, outdoor dining table and chairs, and a remote work area with desk and chairs, Frog Hollow has cornered the market on cool, comfort, and views. The house showcases five deck areas - two off the front of the house and three off the back of the house. The front decks afford views of Askin's Creek and Pamlico Sound sunsets. The three-tiered back deck allows you to climb three stories through junipers emerging to ocean, the sound, and views of national park land. We might be a little biased, but we think Frog Hollow has some of the best views in the area.brbrInside, you'll find three bedrooms and two full bathrooms on the first floor. Each bedroom includes a 40-inch 4K TV, a recharging station for your electronics, and a queen-size bed. The second bedroom includes twin bunks in addition to the queen bed. Located in the exclusive Kinnakeet Shores Resort, Island Paradise has an elevator that serves every floor, plenty of parking, an unheated, 16' x 41' Da Vinci swimming pool, private hot tub, charcoal grill, outdoor showers, and easy access to Kinnakeet's boardwalks and sound water launches. The first level is home to a recreation room with a gas fireplace, a pool table, an air hockey table, foosball, a wet bar, and a full entertainment center complete with a plasma HDTV and a DVD player. One bedroom adjacent to an easily accessible full bathroom. On the second level, one guest bedroom features deck access, and a TV with a DVD player. Another has a twin-over-double bunk bed and a twin over twin bunk bed, TV with a DVD player. On the third level, you'll find two main bedroom suites, each with deck access, a Jacuzzi tub, and a TV and DVD player. This level's furnished office/entertainment room is a great quiet spot. The topside fourth level features an incredible great room with upscale resort furnishings, a half-bath, a fireplace, an entertainment center, and panoramic views of the ocean and sound. Bring your best recipes to the beautiful kitchen, offering a breakfast bar, an executive-style dining area, and a nearby porch equipped with a picnic table for outdoor dining. Spend the day on the beach then come back to spritz away the sand via the outdoor shower. The private washer and dryer will make it easy to pack light and the free WiFi will keep everyone connected and happy during your stay. The ocean and sound views from the East and South-facing deck are spectacular. The ground level has ample parking, outside showers and fish cleaning bench. The first living level has four comfortable, well furnished bedrooms and two full baths. The second living level is open to the beauties of the sound and sea from all living, dining, and deck areas. The well equipped kitchen, breakfast bar and dining area have great views of the ocean.
