Kid friendly and dog friendly (hypoallergenic only please). brbrOn the main floor there is an open living room with vaulted ceiling and skylights, a dining area and kitchen, a sun room used as a private yoga studio/art room/office/music room, and there is one bedroom with a full bathroom. brbrUpstairs is a spacious master bedroom with two home office spaces on opposite ends of the room, a third bedroom and skylight bathroom.brbrThe finished, walk-in basement has a den area with sofa and TV, a bathroom and laundry room. brbrThe sun porch is equipped with an electric keyboard, yoga mats and blocks, elastic resistance bands, arts and crafts supplies, and a table top with two chairs.brbrThis home is equipped with 6 separate desks and work areas to accommodate work-from-home and the ability to separate while doing so. 2 desks with monitors are found in the master bedroom along with a multi-function WiFi printer. One desk with a monitor is found in the second upstairs bedroom. There is a vintage secretary desk in the living room and a table top with a monitor in the multi-use sun room. It features multiple alfresco dining and relaxing areas and is less than a 2-minute barefoot walk to one of the few private beaches in the Hamptons, only accessible to immediate residents by foot (Maidstone and Gardiner entrances). You'll hear the waves crashing right from the house—when relaxing on one of your balconies, dining al fresco, or spending nights by the fire pit. Everything we use, you'll use: pool and beach towels, beach chairs, carts, and umbrellas--no need to bring any. We even have a stroller and baby gates if you need them. This is a true plug and play experience; it's our family home, not a year-round rental with hollow furniture. Leave your spices and olive oil at home, we have it.brbrThe house features an upside-down layout with an elevator. Upstairs, you'll find a full chef's kitchen, a living room, outdoor dining, and the primary bedroom. The three ensuite bedrooms, plus the den with a wet bar, are located on the main floor. The elevator will conveniently transport you and your groceries up to the kitchen before your long day at the beach.brbrMore about the inside later—you're coming to the Dunes to spend time outside and enjoy the sound and feel of the ocean, which is how the house is designed. You come for the beach, but you'll stay for the water pressure—seriously.brbrThe chef's kitchen is equipped with two WOLF ovens, a Sub-Zero fridge, a drip and Nespresso machine (bring your pods!), a blender, and all the appliances you could ask for. The kitchen island is the perfect place for breakfast chats, but don't overlook the large dining table and the open concept den with fireplace.brbrIt's easy to be around family here, but with the beach, pool, and private outdoor areas, it's not hard to escape them.brbrThe main floor has three ensuite bedrooms: two with queen beds and one with two twin beds.
