We had a family wedding there this past weekend and used Hollykiss as our extended family’s base of operations. A 4 minute drive from the venue, We booked the entire house (all 6 indoor bedrooms - plus the “barn” which has 4 beds for extra space) The house and property are GORGEOUS. Everyone was awed- and I was given kudos for finding it! We had 12 people sleep there plus another 10 (who were staying 30 minutes+ away) come for lunch and to get ready for the wedding. We came from NY, DC, Boston, New Hampshire, Wisconsin and Florida- and the house was huge inside and out. It has tons of windows- a perfect kitchen, a dining room table that sat all of us plus a piano where we had a family sing a long! Before the 4pm wedding, we planned lunch for 25 intending to use the grounds for a casual picnic. Mark- our host -was super knowledgeable, accommodating, responsive and helpful with information about caterers and grocery stores in the area without being a bit intrusive. He even offered us the use of folding tables and chairs.
