If you are paying $600 or less in high season, your rental is for 1 bedroom for 2 persons on property. In General, U pay a base price plus overage guest count. Our home is 30 feet from the water and our lake level room is about lake level. Our closest grocery is about 3 miles from the home but just a mile farther you find a plethora of wonderful restaurants, Main Street shops, performing arts center, CMAC, churches/hospital and more. Have lots of energy in/around Canandaigua...w/a water park/aerial skiing+-, adventure park at Bristol Mountain which also hosts wonderful winter skiing/snowboarding etc. I love the plethora of hiking and bicycling locations for all levels whether you are strolling from the house or by the historical boat houses on the pier, riding a road or mountain bicycle. Bicycles/Boats are rented in town near Frequentem, Seager's/Sutters/German Brothers Marina. Our waterfront: is private w/ Chiminea/fire pit. There are about 6 seasonal stairs into the water. Water ranges about 1-5 foot from one end to the other side of the dock depending on season. Clear water to see bottom of the lake usually. Not recommended to go into the water past Sept 15 - Memorial Day becuase cold water can cause hypothermia. You don't have a long steep hill or have to cross the road to get to the water! The first floor looks out directly onto the deck, dock, and the lake. The kitchen is fully appointed for meal preparation with the large island seating 6 and the farmhouse table seating 8. The family room includes two comfortable couches, and a wall-mounted TV equipped with cable and Netflix. The basement rec room has a ping pong table, foosball table, PS3, and flat screen with cable and Netflix. Kayaks are hanging on the lakeside rack, fishing poles are in the shed, and the fire pit is ready for marshmallow roasting with firewood provided.brbrThe master suite is on the main level with a king bed and bathroom with shower. The two upstairs bedrooms include a bedroom with a queen size bed and a bedroom sleeping four in a twin over full bunk bed and pull out trundle (see pictures). These two bedrooms share a bathroom with walk-in shower. Amenities also include WiFi and a gas grill. Located on the sought after West Lake road, this house has a view of the sunrise and is 6 miles from downtown Canandaigua. Visit the nearby wineries (Heron Hill tasting room only 3 miles away) and Bristol Mountain's Aerial Adventures course in between time spent enjoying the waterfront. You might also want to visit the nearby Wegmans organic farm that is a quarter mile down the road. brbrThis house is great for couples or families. There is a pack n play for babies and a portable high chair. There are life jackets available for children 30 pounds and up and also adult sizes.brbrYou will have full access to the entire house, the detached garage for parking, and private dock, water, and beach access.brbrWe are very responsive to guests, and are about 30 minutes away if needed in person. brbrSelf check-in with personalized code provided for the front door's easy to use electronic lock.brbrMaximum of 6 adults and 8 total including children.brbrThe dock can be used to load and unload boat passengers.
