We are located in beautiful Waterville Valley with amazing views, comfort, and mountain amenities (ski/pool/spa) just minutes away. brbrWe have recently purchased this 2-bedroom condo and just updated the space to create the perfect home away from home! brbrOur condo is perfect for families and/or couples. Max of 3 kids.brbrOur condo is apart of the North Face condos at Waterville Valley. From our door, we have access to walking trails, and restaurants/shopping/entertainment/pool/park is just a 10-15 minute walk. We love it here! About our condo: It is newly remodeled to create a beautiful, cozy, and welcoming home in the mountains. Our view of the mountains (and Waterville) is some of the best in the valley! brbrSleeping: We have two bedrooms and a sun porch that allows for another private space. (the couch on the porch is a futon). brbrKitchen: Coffee maker, toaster, microwave, oven, stovetop, dishware, etc Pool/Spa/health club: As our guest, you have access to the White Mountain Athletic Club for a small daily fee. brbrKids: We have toys, books, kids bibs, kids plates & silverware, DVDs, pack n play available. (we know what it's like to travel with kids, so want to make it just a little easier on you) brbrTV/Internet: We have a Roku on the main tv with a Netflix account. In the bedroom, we have a DVD player and have a selection of DVDs. We have internet! br

My renovated condo has three floors of comfortable living for up to eight people. The first floor has one bedroom with a queen bed, a 3-piece bathroom and an open-concept area including a modern kitchen, dining room and living room with a wood-burning fireplace, deck and views of the mountains. The living room has a flat screen TV with DVD/VCR player and high def digital cable with 70 channels. The second floor has the master bedroom with a queen bed (also with a view of the mountains!), another bedroom with two twin beds and a 3-piece bathroom with washer/dryer. The 3rd floor loft has two twin beds and a flat screen TV with DVD player. At night enjoy beautiful mountain skies from the deck or the skylights. Cable TV and wireless internet is included.brbrIn eight minutes you can walk along the river to the town square with shops, restaurants and a lake with beach. A few more minutes walk can take you to the world-class tennis center, indoor/outdoor pools & gym or 9-hole golf course. Bikes are available to rent in town and can be taken up the old ski lift to enjoy the many trails of the White Mountain National Forest.brbrOur renovated condo is clean, bright, comfortable and allows for your family and friends to relax and have a base for exploring all that the White Mountain National Forest and Waterville Valley town has to offer. We wish that we could travel from Canada more often to enjoy our favourite retreat but it makes us so happy to know that you will be able to enjoy it instead! This spacious Forest Knoll 3 bedroom, 2,200 sq. ft. condo is privately situated in the rear of the building offering forest views and is within a short stroll to Waterville Valley Town Square, the athletic center, golf course, sledding hill and 1 trolley stop to the ski mountain (last stop before arriving at ski mountain, first stop when returning home). The unit is also convenient to mountain bike and hiking trail systems. brbrD1 was recently updated and comes fully equipped! The main level includes a large open kitchen, living and dining area with a TV, gas fireplace and four-season screened in porch. In addition, this level also includes the master bedroom with king bed, walk-in closet and private bathroom, as well as a separate half bath in the hallway. The lower level offers a bonus room complete with a TV, gas fireplace, mini kitchen, pull-out daybed (pulls out to a king) and porch. Down the hall is a second master bedroom with queen bed, walk-in closet and private bath and an additional separate bedroom with bunk beds (2 sets of twins) and separate full bath. The large utility closet includes a washer and dryer and plenty of space to hang/dry ski clothes. brbrUse of the Mountain Athletic Club facilities (indoor and outdoor pool, tennis, racquetball, fitness room) is available to renters for a nominal fee.brbrWe are a non-smoking, no-pet property and request only inquiries from 30+ years old.

Upstairs you will find one bedroom with a queen bed, loft space with TV, and an en suite bath. Another queen bedroom is on that floor along with another full bathroom. The lower level has another two bedrooms, bunkroom, full bath, and large family room with pool table and wet bar. The laundry is also located on that floor.
