The community has a tennis court, basketball court and great park for the kids. The home is just 3/10's of a mile to the beach and 1/2 a mile to a market in case you run out of something. Raised ranch with large family room, including Air hockey, darts and 65 TV to watch the big game. Off the family room is the kids room with bunk beds and a trundle. Upstairs is the master bedroom with a King 15 Memory foam bed, fully updated bathroom and another large bedroom with a Queen 15 memory foam bed. Also upstairs in an updated Kitchen with large island, dining table and Living room for some adult time with a 42 TV. Kitchen is equipped with Non stick pans, blender, coffee pot, microwave, large Fridge, dishwasher and 5 burner electric range. Also, larger docks with options for ferry/cruise rides.brCenter Harbor also has a small supermarket, hardware store, liquor store, book store, a couple of cute clothing and gift stores. In addition to many dining choices. brIt is a short ride to many more delicious coffee shops, breakfast and lunch places, dining and ice Cream! More shopping, Antiques, Hikes, craft fairs, spa’s, and even a small movie theater are all close by for any kind of activity you are into..........But, there is plenty to keep you happy without ever leaving the cottage! We try to make sure you have everything you need to be comfortable. We have a fully Stocked Kitchen and all new mattresses! Down the hall are 3 bedrooms plus a den room for additional sleeping that has a TV in it. The den has a twin bed with pull out trundle. Across the hall is a full bath. The first bedroom has 2 twin beds, and the second bedroom has a queen bed. At the end of the hall is a spacious master bedroom with Queen bed, large bathroom with a walk-in shower. This bedroom also has it's own door that leads directly outside. There is also a laundry room near the kitchen with a second fridge. brbrAcross a covered catwalk and above the garage is a beautifully finished separate space with a full bed and its own 3/4 bath. This guest suite is the perfect place for anyone in your group who'd benefit from a little bit more privacy! There is Central A/C in the main house. The guest house above the garage has a ceiling fan and windows facing the lake (there is not A/C in the guest house).brbrWith a large deck looking out to the lake and 40' dock with steps leading into crystal clear waters you won't want to leave! The owner will allow (1) boat up to 24' in length on the dock. A landscaped path leads down to a gradual entry into the water with a sandy bottom which is great for swimming! You can also enter the water from the stairs off the dock. The owner allows use of 2 canoes which are included. Boasting a screened-in porch, large fenced-in area, wrap around deck, gas grill, fire pit and both a family room (with 50-inch TV with surround sound) and a living room there is plenty of room for all to relax. The large open kitchen has hard-surface counters, a gas range, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster oven w/air fryer and microwave and opens to a dining room that seats 8. The kitchen is very well equipped. Bring your boat, jetskis, camper, whatever - there is plenty of room to park including a covered concrete parting area in addition to the 2-car garage. There is plenty of room to throw a football, frisbee, lacrosse ball or whatever in the nicely landscaped double lot property. We just bought this house and this is the first rental season which is why there are no reviews yet.
