At the opposite end of the hall is the second bedroom with two full-size beds and a full bath outside. This floor also has a 4ft. wide ladder leading to a large loft area with 1 full and 4 twin beds and a 55 TV for movies and video games that both kids and adults alike will absolutely love! This condo is also great for 2 families or an extended family vacationing together. Cable and Wi-Fi! Great tax-free outlet shopping is available a few minutes away. North Conway Scenic Railway and the village with restaurants, boutique shopping, and of course ZEBS are all within a mile! Incredibly scenic location; this charming vintage 1915 cape sits high on the bank of the Saco river right next to the Saco covered bridge in Conway, New Hampshire. One never tires of the sound and movement of the river. The bank of the Saco River is just a few feet from one of the two enclosed porches where you will also enjoy picturesque views of the covered bridge.brbrThere's nothing like the sound of the rushing Saco river, and you'll enjoy hearing it from the firepit area, the awesome enclosed porch (one of two!) with panoramic views of the river and bridge, and from the master bedroom. Imagine falling asleep to that!brbrThe house holds its vintage charm throughout with details such as hardwood flooring, a spacious farmer's porch, brick hearth with a pellet stove, and wood accents. Thoughtful layout with a large open living room, eat in kitchen, mudroom, first floor laundry room, first floor full bathroom, and upstairs there's three bedrooms (two with queen beds, one with two twin beds) and a full bath. There is also a queen pullout couch in one of the enclosed porches as well as a few blow up mattresses.brbrWalk over the covered bridge just outside your door to get to Davis Park, with a sandy beach, tennis courts, pickleball courts and a basketball court. In the summer, drop the kayaks in up the river a bit and ride them down river and take them out at the beach across the street. And of course you're less than 5 minutes to North Conway.brbrDuring the warmer months, renters can use four kayaks, paddles, life jackets and river tubes. We cannot guarantee the sizes of life jackets will work for your group, so we encourage you to bring your own. Renters must bring their own racks, tie downs, etc. to transport kayaks and tubes. Renters accept all responsibiliy and liability if they use the kayaks and tubes. Do to wear & tear, breakage, etc. we cannot guarantee everything posted will be available during your stay. Our goal is to have more fun things available to you than are listed on this site. brbrFor an extra cost of $40 a night from April to November, renters can use the bunk house. Washington Valley, this attractive lodge has its own beach/lake access steps from the house, with a canoe, kayak and paddleboat, (all included), swimming platform, dock, plus wooded grounds available for guests’ use, (bird watching!). Comfortably furnished with antiques and appointments of western décor; the multiple decks look out over the water. There is a special T-pee addition which houses the queen sized bed and it own bathroom and TV. This room has been used by several Honeymooners! The open living/dining/kitchen area is also on the first floor, as well as a bathroom with shower.br Second floor has a double bed (antique spool bed) and twin bedroom and the third bathroom. The TV room is also on the second floor - View from TV room and double bedroom are quite spectacular! All rooms have Hunter Old Tyme Fans , but there is no A/C.br Secluded and private setting but 5 miles from outlet shopping galore and wonderful restaurants, tourist sites, etc. Also in surrounding area is athletic club & yoga, antique stores, Water Park, Museums, Storyland, Fryeburg Fair (in October), Exquisite Foliage in Fall, Horseback riding, Six ski resorts with summer activities, and summer sleigh rides. brAlso on the property in an authentic log cabin which has a year round rental (they have their own beach and dock off the back of their house). Owner has home also on property which is used on some weekends - and the owner may use the beach and boats when not used by the renter.brSorry No PETS. Limited to Parties of 6 - no exceptions.
