For summer and fall visitors, we have access to beautiful hiking trails, an outdoor firepit, and a wrap around deck to sit and relax on. For winter and early spring visitors, we have easy access to skiing at the Waterville Valley resort (7 miles). brbrWe have a Nexgrill 4-Burner Propane Gas Grill in Stainless Steel with Side Burner on the deck and LLBean Kayaks to use on the Pemi River.br brIn the basement, we have a large recreation room with a projector screen for movies, reversible air hockey/ pool table, board games, reclined bike, and a tread mill. The projector has a VGA cable to connect to lap tops for streaming movies and a protected WiFi network that supports hi def movies.
