Very nice and clean newer home, rent the entire house. The view of the lake and ski hill are free and spectacular. Located lakeside at Denton's Point Marina, Georgetown lake. Great Access to Discovery ski Area, Georgetown Lake and surrounding recreation in the Pintlers. Close to both Historic mining town of Philipsburg and Anaconda with Old Works Golf course.brbrHouse has a master bedroom on the main floor with a king bed and views of the lake. It also has a private bathroom with walk-in shower. The second bedroom is upstairs and has two double beds. In the upstairs loft there is a twin XL bed with a twin trundle. Each room has its own thermostat to keep warm on those chilly days. brbrMain area is great for everyone to gather and hang out complete with rough sawn wood floors and beautiful windows to the lake and ski hill. Large couch perfect for watching movies or relaxing. Kitchen table seats 8 for meals and to play games. There are also 4 bar stools at the kitchen bar to eat, watch and converse with those cooking. Kitchen has a full sized fridge, dishwasher, oven range, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and crock pot. It is also equipped with two sets of pots and pans, dining utensils, plates, bowls and glasses. There is also some plastic plates, and cups of the kids. Some coffee is provided but feel free to also bring your own. (grounds or K-cup)brbrThe views and sounds of wildlife on the back porch never get old. Sit outside on our benches and have your coffee or cook on the gas grill. Wood is also provided to enjoy our fir pit with your friends and family. Our area offers year-round recreational opportunities such as boating, fishing in the many lakes and streams, hiking, biking, ATV trails, snowmobile trails, cross-country ski trails, downhill skiing at Discovery, and more. We are 20 miles from Old Works Golf course in Anaconda and 18 miles from Historic Philipsburg and Rock Creek. We are 3 miles from the boat launch at the lake and 6 miles from Discovery ski area and with National forest bordering the propertybraccess to trails and the backcountry are right outside your door. The home has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths on the main floor and 1 bedroom and full bath in the loft with beds to sleep 8. There is additional space in the loft area for an airbed or like. The vaulted Great room, kitchen and dining area have 3 rows of windows overlooking the lake below and the surrounding mountains and a stone gas fireplace to enjoy on those colder days and nights. The kitchen is fully stocked and has an oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster oven, coffee maker. Additionally, there is a washer and dryer on the main level. The large deck has a large gas grill and an outdoor fire pit is only steps away. The garage in the lower level is used for storage of our personal items and equipment so there is no garage parking but plenty of outside parking for vehicles and trailers. There is designated pedestrian access through the garage including a small area for storage of your outdoor gear such as skis, bicycles, etc. We do our best to keep up with snow plowing for access (yours and ours) and recommend 4WD or AWD in the winter months. The house features an open living room/kitchen with vaulted ceilings, large fireplace with cultured stone, rustic mantle, and 60 flat screen TV with DishTV. brbrThe house is fully furnished with a very well appointed kitchen with all the amenities. The dining room table has seating for 6, along with another 3 seats at the large kitchen island. Each of the bedrooms has its own flatscreen TV with DishTV, and wireless internet is available but it is SLOW. Quality bedroom sets, mattresses, and bedding makes for a restful nights sleep. Each of the bathrooms has a deep tub for relaxing soaks, and has a shower head with separate handheld shower for relaxing showers after a long day. brbrA large deck off the back of the house with a sidewalk to a stamped cobblestone patio and fire pit for those beautiful nights. brbrAttached to the house is a large, 24x24 insulated and sheet rocked garage with electric heater for drying out your fishing gear, ski gear, etc. There is now a couch and bunkbeds in the garage, so no inside parking.brbrThere is more than ample parking when pulling into the driveway. There is a large, flat pad off to the side for extra parking or your snowmobile trailer(s). brbrThe home is located only 6 minutes away from the base of Discovery Ski Area, so getting up to the slopes takes virtually no planning!!!
