This guest house features large king size bed, private bathroom, large shower and parking on the premises.brThis Carriage house features a cozy gas fireplace and privacy for a romantic weekend get away! There is a hot tub on the property that is shared with the main house as well. However, due to the high maintenance of the hot tub we can not guarantee it will be usable at your time of stay.brWe recently added a mini fridge, smart tv, and coffee bar. We also have added a flat top grill outside if you would like to use. However, we do not provide propane.brGuest accessbrThere are key pad locks on the unit . The staircase has a railing from top to bottom on one side and there are walls on both sides making it fully enclosed with non slip tape on the steps as well to help. There is the sleeper sofa on the main floor if this is a concern.brbr- Equipped with keyless entry.
