A Charming Home newly remodeled and furnished

this was the best vrbo we have ever booked for our girl's weekend. very beautiful and loved the decor everything we needed. loved that the trolley picked us up and took us to the winery's . we will definitely book again next year

I highly recommend Wine Down Guesthouse! The property is in great proximity to downtown Hermann, has great parking, is beautifully decorated and well maintained. My husband and I spent the weekend with another friend couple; we enjoyed the fire pit one night and stayed in for a movie the next. We didn't use the kitchen as there are so many delicious restaurants in the area, but the beds were comfortable, the bathroom spacious, and security systems in place gave great peace of mind. I saw in previous reviews that past guests wished for throw blankets, and I agree it would have been nice to snuggle with a fleece while on the couch. However the bedrooms have spare blankets that work in a pinch. Overall we loved our stay and will tell our friends where to stay when they go to Hermann!

Everything was great, except we would've loved a couple of throw blankets while we wound down in the evening. No other complaints!

The host, Bart, was very easy to contact, and promptly got back to me. The home was very clean, comfortable and relaxing. There is WIFI, a TV with Vizio. If I'm ever in that area again, my husband and I would definitely stay there again. The location is great, it is just a hop, skip and a jump from downtown Herman. However, it is quiet, you do not hear any traffic noise.

This property was great. So clean and beautifully decorated. The perfect location too, the wine trolley picked us up in the driveway! We had so much fun and plan to return!

This is by far the best VRBO I’ve ever stayed in. The place was immaculate, so cute and trendy and the beds were soooo comfortable. We were not on the main strip which was actually quite nice and a quick Uber to eat was under 8.00. On Saturday the trolley picked us up and dropped us off right on our doorstep. I would highly recommend this place and would definitely stay there again when in Hermann. Five stars all around!!

We stayed two nights here at the end of May. We didn’t realize this was the guesthouse of an even bigger place to stay when booking, but didn’t mind it. We did not have anyone staying at the main house while we were there, and even had our own little grill and propane fire pit that was really nice to relax by. There was a place out front to park, The house is very clean and neutral color scheme. The wine decorations were very well thought out and classy. We attempted to spend the night in the master bedroom the first night but it was too soft, especially for my husbands bad back. Luckily, there was another nice bedroom that worked better for us. The kitchen is nicely stocked with all the glassware for any kind of alcoholic beverage you may bring. We did notice that the one and only restroom fan doesn’t work, spray provided to the rescue!

Everything was good. Clean and newly updated. Only concern is Google Maps didn't have the address and took us somewhere entirely different originally.

What a beautifully decorated, cozy home! The beds, pillows, and sheets were amazing. The home was spotless and the patio was inviting. We absolutely loved our stay.

This was the Hermann Gangs (6 couples from STL and Springfield MO) third time staying at the Wine Down Guest House and every year gets better and better. Thank you Bart for being so accommodating you’re the best!

Wonderful., welcoming home for a stay in Hermann it has a great patio and large kitchen. A great location, downtown Hermann minutes away. The home is nicely appointed, very clean and comfortable.

The house was so beautifully styled and very clean. It was also well stocked with anything we could possibly need. The patio was very comfortable to use as well. If I had one complaint it would be that the Internet was spotty and very slow. But you’re not really there for the WiFi so it’s a small knit pick. We would definitely like to come back sometime!

My daughter and I made a quick trip for her birthday. The house was very clean, cutely decorated and in a nice area. We would def. stay there again!

House was great! Smelled good and was the cleanest property I’ve ever stayed in. Lots of towels. Was a nice surprise to have a Keurig and k-cups for morning coffee.

We were in town for a wedding and booked a stay with Bart. It was an unusually cool weekend. We were able to sit outside on the beautiful patio and enjoy the fire pit. The house itself has top notch furniture and appliances. Great place to stay!
