If you would like to hear the birds in the morning while sipping on your coffee, there is a nice screened in porch that is great for this. There are also 2 outdoor fire pit areas, one upstairs on the deck and one downstairs in the backyard. If you are taking the trolley, the pickup is directly next to the house.
